A female staff member at the front desk had a very bad attitude. When asking about the parking service, she kept saying that it must have been more than 15 minutes before you couldn't get out. As a service staff, if you have no patience or attitude, don't do it. In the service industry, you have the obligation to explain to us that it is your problem how many minutes you can’t get out. I am staying for 4 days in a row. Is it wrong to ask you for a parking ticket? I really have to give a huge negative review! Super bad experience! Strongly recommend everyone to stay here!

信價比超高的酒店，三號線地鐵口出來轉彎就到了，房間都是新裝修的，去哪裡都方便，南長街旅遊換個地鐵就到了，某季房間小還比它貴，服務到位有求必應。

酒店應該挺老的了，位置很好找，有歡迎水果，是地面停車位，很好停車。但是！！看名字像個像樣的酒店，新裝修，結果衞生很差，很久沒住過衞生這麼差的酒店了，還不如一兩百民宿的衞生條件。地上不知道是什麼殘渣剩屑，像沒掃過地，地毯很臟，馬桶有尿漬，床上床頭都是灰，wifi也很差，在衞生間可以聽到通風管道里很大聲音，像老鼠。第一次來無錫玩，無錫旅遊搞得不錯，但是這個酒店給我印象挺差的。
