這家酒店的服務真的非常差勁。這次因為公務帶着前後近10人，來江南大學出差10天，都住在這家酒店。進門後前台就一張臭臉，沒有最基本的服務意識，不會和客人打招呼。講道理這個價格在這個地段可以説是一點都不便宜了。因為宜必思是雅高集團的連鎖品牌，一直認為會比其他連鎖品牌好不少，事實證明是多慮了。最離譜的是，由於我離計劃離開的時間不能確定，到最後幾天就一天一天續住，本來250左右的房間最後一天想續住時突然漲價到320一天，正好我在江大的事務已經結束了，這個價格我能去市裡住亞朵，為什麼要住在這麼偏僻的地方？於是準備離店，居然在下午三點被要求收取150/房的Late Check-out費用。我住過上百家酒店，第一次被收取這類費用，而且是在我付款了1萬多的房費，入住了4間房*10天的情況下，簡直不可思議。酒店服務人員缺乏對客人最基本的同理心。我在聯繫前台表明不認可這項費用之後，前台表示完全可以接受差評，看來確實是不在乎自己的評價和口碑了。本人入住過數十家雅高集團的其他酒店，均得到了很好的服務，這是唯一一個例外。我會寫信向集團投宿。需要住在江大附近的朋友完全可以考慮南門對面的江南四季，真的比這家好很多。

體驗不太好，第一次住酒店，打電話給前台問路前台説她現在有點忙，沒空，第一次住酒店，酒店的床有黴味，第一次住酒店早餐不夠吃，有的早餐都是涼的。

房間設施齊全，裝修風格統一，位置距離地鐵口非常近，100米之內，酒店就在星光廣場小吃街裏面，周圍全是飯館奶茶咖啡店，非常方便，周邊環境優美安靜，樓下重慶火鍋和大盤雞拉條子都非常好吃，還碰見了可愛的貓咪

房間很乾凈寬敞明亮，軟件配備很好，拖鞋質量很不錯我也好喜歡，用了酒店的洗髮水，出奇意料的挺好的，洗完頭髮很順滑，不是劣質產品。
衹是帶娃太累了沒有拍房間照片，早餐也是有點出乎我的意料的300多的酒店裡早餐算是豐富的，味道也很不錯，擺放看起來也很舒心，有點格調，贊👍

這次想去三國城玩，距離很近，精挑萬選選擇了這家。離地鐵站近，乘2站到市民中心就有個大商場。周邊也有很多小吃。房間面積很大，性價比不錯。有不足之處，洗澡熱水有點小，水壓不夠。
