我確實因為有事住不了，9點多鐘取消了訂單，打電話給前台，前台説酒店有時間規定，超過時間不能退款，但是因為你們一句有規定，我們消費者就應該自己承擔嗎，規矩是死的，人是活的。我從來沒遇到這種住宿，當我自己買個教訓，以後也不會訂你們這個酒店，也沒有把顧客放在首位，大家都相互理解嘛

住過所有酒店中個人覺得性價比最高的一家，沒有之一。從來沒有遇到過幾十塊錢堪比兩百來塊的配置，很乾凈，整潔，大氣，窗簾的紗布特別美，被種草了，決定自己家裡也買這種。如果滿分10分的話，我會給11分，多一分讓老闆驕傲下😂😂😂😂

酒店很新，房間很大，設施都新的，居住感很不錯，位置在龍女湖裡麪，周邊沒什麼吃的，就單單住宿的話還可以。

還是一如既往的好，服務也很貼心，安靜，乾淨整潔。上次我提了一下五樓沒有方向指標我走錯了方向，這次來居然都弄好了，真的是在認真做服務，這種老闆才是行業標桿。祝生意興隆，財源滾滾。。。

這個價位住這樣的房間那是性價比最高的，房間大，新裝修，採光好，也有智能小愛，就是晚上好多小蟲在床上，後來店員及時用殺蟲劑噴了，當時看到還是被嚇到了，需要表揚的是店員很熱情，態度也比較好
