Outstanding front operation service provided and most importantly their hospitality were top notch. In addition to this, complementary breakfast and evening snacks has given in time which were delicious. On top of that, room amenities were elegant and nicely decorated. Apart from this they have breathtaking views at the balcony which I thoroughly enjoyed. Last but not least, it would be nicer if they would have provided air fresheners at room; however, that wasn’t the major issue. Completely recommend.

這次是臨時出遊的 頂到這個房間還是很開心的 早餐還是送進送到房間的 這個我很滿意 我住在一樓從房間的小陽台看出去還是很漂亮的 但是要坐在小陽台上拍照片就要自己動手擦乾淨 陽台圍欄是木質結構的有點掉漆 有點木刺 一定要當心 可能是我的體質容易被蚊子和蟲子咬 我在陽台上就拍了一會會的照片 我的腳上就咬了好幾個包 手臂上這個感覺是蟲子咬的 特別特別疼 都有點化膿了

酒店位置很好，就在淹城野生動物園邊上，入住時給我升級了影音房，孩子很喜歡，床睡着感覺有點軟，不是很舒服，下水道有點堵，洗澡的時候水都滲出來了，房間也沒想象的大，緊湊型的，總體感覺還可以，畢竟離景區很近。影音房看投影很舒服，而且在一樓，出行很方便。

房間乾淨整潔，沒有異味。淹城動物園和淹城樂園就在酒店邊上，步行5分鐘不到，超級方便。整體來説性價比還是非常好高的

酒店在淹城裡，停車免費
房間不大，一開始訂的房型要有浴缸，結果給我陽台沒浴缸，有了浴缸沒陽台
後來浴缸有了，結果是會漏水放不滿的（放水一個多小時，水位不見漲）
找酒店人員處理，無人能解決
除了房費價格還行，其餘啥啥都不行

服務非常好，酒店沒有電梯，上二樓的上樓的時候，工作人員主動幫我們拿箱子，很感動，旁邊的野生動物世界也還不錯，推薦！
