首先先説結論，不推薦入住，除非你經濟有限。
優點:便宜，免費政策多（如提前四小時入住，延遲兩小時退房。）
缺點:1缺少設施。沒有空調，冬天衹有電熱毯，效率還不高。沒有多餘插座，最基本的手機充電，你都要把電熱毯的電線拔了，才有插孔給手機充。2服務問題。人多的時候商家不承認免費延遲退房，這時候你需要找攜程客服介入，來維護自己的權益。3衞生問題。房間雜物很多，未知的衣服堆積，廢棄電視的堆積。杯子很臟。4設施問題。你沒有吃飯的地方，桌子板凳一樣沒有。廁所衞生紙沒有，房間抽紙入住時已經見底，沒有熱水壺，5光照問題。衹有一個廁所燈和一個小枱燈。6隔音問題。有旁邊鋼琴行的鋼琴聲和樓道以及隔壁房間的聲音，鋼琴聲是晚上十點停，早上六點起。7容易感冒。廁所淋雨水温，調好之後會不穩定，忽冷忽熱，容易感冒。8安全問題。房間採用密碼鎖，不知道商家會不會頻道更換密碼，因為一旦有別有用心之人記住各房間密碼，不需要卡即可開門，相當不安全。房間內扶梯鬆動，因此下樓時千萬不要扶扶梯，注意安全。
