Generous and polite staff. Welcoming atmosphere.
For a local hotel this is for sure one of the most professional.
All rooms I was in before were well maintained and very clean.
Ms. Man, Ms. Huang and Ms. Bei we’re all very helpful front staff some also great English and other gentleman working at front desk were all very friendly.
A place I would revisit and recommend for any trips to Wuhan.

武漢站打車過來很近，出租車師傅説出去玩，黃鶴樓，楚河漢界，街道口這些地方都很近，還説走路五分鐘就可以去夢時代逛街。前台的服務很熱情，房間阿姨打掃的很乾凈，下午光照進來温馨又明亮，床墊睡的也很舒服，簡直不想醒來呀，我覺得酒店的設施設備都是五星級的標準了。晚上待在酒店沒出門，所以點了酒店餐廳的菜，菜送來的很快，服務員也非常細心熱情，菜品很新鮮，味道也非常好吃。阿姨續住衞生也做的很到位，還幫我送了好多礦泉水，非常感謝🙏。

家人做了很久的攻略，選擇的這家酒店，地段在百瑞景旁邊。新開的商場應有盡有，吃喝玩樂老少皆宜。話説還是亞洲最大的商場，此次帶小朋友過來非常方便，省時省力。去到各個景點也是非常的近，向第一次來武漢的推薦。
其次最推薦的是他們家的房間格局很不錯，乾淨又衞生，設施設備都比較齊全，最重要的是酒店雖然不算五星級酒店，但服務卻是五星的，尤其是前台和餐廳以及客房的阿姨，見面都會發自內心的真誠的打招呼，給我們一家人感受到是這家酒店是一家很有温度的，很有愛的酒店。期待再次來武漢！

酒店服務特別好，表揚小敏和小曼很貼心，因為臨時有事給房間做了免費延遲，房間的大小也很不錯，環境特別好，設施設備都非常新，附近夢時代商場很好玩。在武漢住了兩天，這家酒店讓我感受到了不一樣的温度。11天氣不好，還給客人準備了雨傘會送到車上。真的很熱情，下次過來一定會再選擇這裏。
