The landlord is very enthusiastic and deals with problems promptly. The room is clean and tidy. The indoor facilities are also very complete. There is also a projector in the room. It is very convenient to watch movies.

旁邊客棧很多，小吃餐飲也很多，老闆就是平易近人的那種感覺，房間我覺得圓床很大很舒適，房間空間面積也比較舒適，設施的話就是一般，但不影響，隔音不好哦，可以聽見外面街道的人聲。這個價格，物美價廉。很可以了

**，我第一次給酒店差評，**剛進去一股臭味，也沒給礦泉水，然後隔音巨垃圾，傍邊居民樓，晚上一二點還有人在説話！而且進去整個人住的很難受，導致我睡眠很淺，所以一言難盡！

為了孩子考湖北美術學院定了此酒店，網上預訂先入住在付款，陪着孩子北京～燕郊兩地跑酒店打的行程等，孩子説不去考把訂酒店事給忘了。我定了2晚可沒入住，按理酒店當晚要電話我啥時來入住，今天微信上扣錢才想起，我一晚都沒住，咋全款扣了，納悶。電話酒店説總枱房間一直留着，店家也沒收到錢，問網上。我家也是開賓館的，若網上有訂單未來入住我們都會電話聯繫房客，啥情況不來住，而且第二天也沒人住，不負責任沒有服務意識。不過我自己也有問題，提前3～4天訂房，事多給忘了。
