接近中午入住的，大廳的工作人員親切接待，遇見的每一位工作人員都笑臉相迎！一進房問 陽光透過小陽台灑進來，感覺像回家了！早餐也很棒，中西餐都有，中餐有本地特色的餐食，比如蒙古奶茶，味道很贊！晚上睡的也很舒服。前台芳芳熱情專業特別細心，因為兩位女士入住的，順便給我們提供了兩個護理套裝！位置離萬達也很近打車幾分鐘就走到了。

房間很寬敞乾淨，前台樑猛服務態度也很好，酒店房間就可以看到超美的烏海湖～連住了兩晚，窗外是黃河➕沙漠美景，陽光中醒來，星空中睡去，真的很愜意～入住還有手寫的歡迎信&水果小零食，感受到了無害的熱情～

來烏海玩第一眼看到的就是興泰名都假日酒店，地理位置不錯，周圍有好多旅遊景點。酒店有很大的停車場，早班很豐盛，房間裏設施設備也比較齊全，在入住前小龔就提前聯繫了我，幫我安排好了房間，推薦了可以去哪裡玩，哪裡有美食。酒店的所有員工都很熱情，十分貼心，讓我感受到了家的温暖，下次來一定還會選擇這家酒店！！另外現在正是紅嘴鷗迴歸的季節，歡迎大家也來烏海旅遊

酒店位置很好在烏海湖邊，房間就可以看到烏海湖落日。房間面積大設施齊全。非常貼心的準備洗衣液，帶娃十分友好。

酒店整體服務非常棒，門口幫忙拿行李，辦理好入住後又幫忙拿到房間，贈送了水果和牛奶，帶了孩子，還給升級親子房，整個酒店的人員都非常親切，比銀川喜來登服務好太多了，以後去旅行還會選擇這個酒店！特別感謝杜米佳小姐姐的服務！非常親切！早餐有內蒙特色，但是有點吃不習慣 還是更習慣漢族的飲食！

烏海唯一的星級酒店，環境舒適乾淨衞生，旁邊就是美麗的烏海湖，配合上藍天白雲別有一番意境。工作人員都很友好，熱情，非常感謝房務部的李波妍小美女，工作熱情，服務周到。

商務出行，房間很安靜設施設備很齊全，早餐很豐富，前台呂秋燕服務態度也很好，酒店風景很不錯，強烈推薦
