"All because of this arrogant male receptionist. I can only give it 2 points. I booked a room with Ctrip, and they gave a room upgrade and 2 breakfasts as platinum customers. When I checked in at the hotel, they said it didn't show on their computer. I showed them the order on my phone, but they said it didn't matter and only went by the display on their computer. They told me to communicate with Ctrip myself. I couldn't find the Ctrip customer service interface at the time, so I asked the front desk which interface it was. The male receptionist looked impatient and ignored me. Finally, it was the female receptionist who helped me find the interface. Before I got through to the customer service number, the male receptionist said, "Forget it, don't call. I'll just give you one." Do you think guests are beggars? Later, I insisted on communicating with Ctrip. I don’t know whose mistake was it between the two parties, which made my stay very unpleasant."

"I booked this hotel because it was ranked number one on Ctrip. I arrived at 4:30 PM and waited for about 20 minutes afterward. The room was spacious enough, and the cleanliness was acceptable; it had just been cleaned, and the floor, bathtub, and sink were still wet when we entered. Because the bathtub was particularly large, the complimentary disposable bath liner was unusable. The bathtub filled very slowly, taking about 40 minutes to fill only about halfway, and the water temperature was very low—not hot, just lukewarm. It couldn't compare to the hot water in a shower. Parking was only available on the roads surrounding the hotel; it wasn't a dedicated hotel parking lot. Regarding the hotel service, the booking mentioned a complimentary gift package, with details of what items would be included. However, it was only given upon check-out, and I had to ask for it myself. They told me it was fine after giving me my room key; the front desk didn't offer it proactively. The complimentary gift was also different from what was listed. The promised bedtime milk wasn't delivered. When I checked out the next day, the front desk said I had to call to request it, otherwise it wouldn't be there. Then, while playing games that evening, I found the WiFi wasn't working well; I checked and there were over ninety devices sharing the network. Overall, I wasn't very satisfied with my stay!"
