開房入住比較慢等了差不多一個小時，房間設施比較新但是細節不到位，遙控器沒有電池，房間沒有吹風筒，衣櫃沒有衣架，不是一次性拖鞋，退房退按金不算快，提醒後才退……
不過海景不錯，還是比較值得的，希望店家改善一下服務

前台出了點差錯，第一次給了一間沒搞衞生的房間，打門卡上的電話，號碼停用了，跟攜程客服聯繫也沒找到前台電話，衹能頂着烈日走去前台換房。除了這個，別的就都還行

度假村環境很好，離德薩斯水世界和海邊都很近，也就十來分鐘的路程。小區外面就有超市和吃的，很方便。房間整潔乾淨，走到陽台就能看見大海，很舒服。總體挺滿意這次的住宿，衹不過住的那間房門鎖比較難開，空調也有點不夠力。停車券要主動向店家要才能拿得到。

體驗很差，定房通知讓去住的地方三樓辦理手續，因為停車的地方比較遠，就乾脆帶着行李去，上了三樓，發現房門緊鎖，按留下的電話聯繫，一開始沒接，過一會接着打，終於接通了，讓去另外一個地方辦理手續，離第一個地方有幾百米，沒辦法，衹能拖着行李去。辦理時讓交200塊按金，沒有什麼憑證，衹領到一張房卡，告知退房時交房卡就能退按金了。辦理完手續，又拖着行李走幾百米回到住的地方。第二天，又走幾百米過去辦理手續的地方退房，交回房卡，被告知查房的阿姨不在，按金遲點再轉給你，同樣是沒有任何憑證，要回去，衹能讓他轉。上午9點30分退房，直到下午4點多才退回按金，中間還催過兩次。感覺望個過程沒有任何服務可言，根本就沒有站在客户位置思考一下。給了三個星，主要是考慮視野還不錯，站在陽台上能望到大海，但房間衞生就一般，小孩回去腳很癢。也許是本人住公寓比較少（一般出行都是考慮酒店多點）站的角度不同吧，但確實是真實體驗。

海景不錯。但浴室很簡陋，沒有任何掛衣服和放沐浴露的架子，也沒有電吹風和掛衣架，非常不方便！前台的位置不在首頁所在的位置，走過去前台開房要7、8分鐘。
