"Check in: quick with friendly staff Room: very clean, comfortable bed, sitting area and a full kitchen ( large fridge, induction cooktop, real coffee mugs and cutlery and plates, microwave. It would have been nice to have instructions on how to use the induction stove top as we couldn't figure it out. The AC faces the bed and we had to keep the room warmer than we wanted as otherwise it would blast us with cold air as we were trying to sleep. It would have been helpful to have a low level to choose as it was too strong. Breakfast: yummy scrambled eggs and sausage. They also had breads, cereal, waffle maker, etc. Good coffee. Pool: nice layout, good temperature, lots of towels, lots of windows letting in natural light. Staff: all staff were very helpful. Front desk, housekeeping and the kitchen staff! We were impressed Checkout: efficient Helpful hip: if you were needing to go downtown go behind the Esso so you can do a left on Dundas and avoid the median."
