#positive #I was happy with the Room Size, Room Layout, Value for Money; The service attitude of the two ladies at the front desk (on the evening of June 1st) was very poor. The hotel room type was changed, saying that the reservation was overbooked. The twin bed I booked was changed to a single bed, and I ended up having to turn the sofa into a bed.

Booked for 3 days, the room smelled bad when I entered, but I slept because I had drunk some wine. I wanted to change rooms the next day but was not allowed to. Someone said that the Chinese food we brought was smelly. The lobby manager, a Southeast Asian woman, had a very bad attitude. I changed hotels directly and didn't stay for the remaining two days. Avoid scams

Not the most attentive desk staff. Room signage offers some toiletries that were out of stock when I asked. I always expect to be asked about the quality of my stay when I checked out, and I was not. Had a rough weekend with a lot of unattended kids for school events running wild in the hallways. Would’ve preferred distance from kids and all of their rooms. Rooms are nice, though, overall.

Location was convenient and the facility was basically in good shape. The sofa was so dirty. I didn't feel like sitting on it. And the bed was very uncomfortable. It was a king size bed, and both sides of the bed were uncomfortable.
