In July 2022 booked for a luxury suite with jaccuzi for 2 nights. Looked good on the site. The room was round thick! Available at reception and requested cleaning. Even photos applied to hotel. They didn't do anything with it and the room wasn't cleaned while they had told you to do it yet. - when arrival hair and waiting stick on the bathroom floor - dirty black fungus along the edges of the jacuzzi (not used as total because it looked dirty) - after the first night only clean handcuffs and bed made; you saw sea performance And others were shanging and in the washing box - the floor was not cleaned, and the waiting stick and the hairs that were on the first day of arrival still lay there. Chinese people do not have slippers and toothbrushes on business, and they are finished in Germany. . Parking is charged, and it seems to be 9 Euros a night. . The location is superb, one step away from the railway station and the pedestrian street. If you don't drive, you should be very convenient! The room was especially strange. There was a large patio outside the window. It was facing the window of other rooms. The patient who was sneaked like me could only pull the curtains all the time. The front desk can provide breakfast packaged business, and you can have a simple breakfast at 5 o'clock. This service is really good. The shower room and toilet in the room are separated and the cleanliness is good.

We just had a short stay here to visit Autostadt and Phaneo since we had earned a free night through Marriott. Arrival was great and easy - everything went smooth. Our Marriott Gold status was recognized and rewarded with the discretionary upgrade. Unlike most places, the pool was a lot larger than expected and heated to a comfortable temperature. What stood out was the quality of the service. It was friendly and professional, without being pretentious. The front desk staff was top-notch. One person, in particular, made our stay memorable: Frau Vogel-Villanueva. She was able to jump from German to English without problem, and she was able to accommodate our requests without missing a beat with a great attitude to go along with it. The rooms are clean and well appointed. The location is great, as it is in the middle of Autostadt, and entry is included with the stay at the Ritz. It is also easy to get to the other side of the river using a bridge that connects to the Autostadt, There are a number of restaurants and the Phaneo in comfortable walking distance. The Phaneo is highly recommended for families with kids - the most interactive science museum we have visited. One could easily spend 8 hours here. If there was something to correct would be that all restaurants in the hotel were booked out upon our arrival, which forced us to find alternate dining arrangements. In the future, an email or message notifying guest would be nice once restaurants are close to being fully booked. We were already tired from our travel and then had to go looking for dinner, which was less than ideal. Overall, I can recommend this hotel for 2-3 night stay for families, with one day at the Autostadt and a second day at the Phaneo + pool time.

We were not warned that the swimming pool was not available and we had chosen the hotel for that. We chose the €24 buffet option for the evening meal but it was disappointing with only 4 dried out dishes plus one kind of dessert. There was also a very meager little cold buffet. No restocking apart from dessert. The buffet breakfast was much better but the pancakes were probably reheated in the microwave so inedible. Too bad because the staff is friendly and the hotel is very well placed geographically.

You can book a room on weekends. The front desk informs you that the room is usually full from Monday to Thursday. Is it so popular? The hotel has a rich variety of breakfast, and the single room is a real big bed room, which is good overall!

The staff at the hotel are very friendly, the room was spacious and comfortable and the breakfast was nice too. Our baggage was delayed and we were able to get toothbrushes from reception. It is a few minutes walk from the train station and city centre. Autostadt and the Volkswagen Arena are about 15-20 minutes walk. The only downside was the decor was a little dated.

We had chosen to visit this hotel because we wanted to visit Giforn and Celle at the weekend. We were very nicely received and also just got a ticket with our wishes for both breakfasts to cross. The room was large enough with generous bathroom, TV, safe and everything was clean. On the first day we were brought to the big and maintained garden terrace, no buffet because of Corona. The lady was very nice and asked more often if she should bring us something else? Breakfast was delicious. Unfortunately, there was not that we described here in the previous reviews, freshly pressed orange juice, but that from the Tetra Pack, but good. The second day the breakfast buffet was opened again, but of course not for self-service. We were allowed to say what we wanted and it was then placed on a table. The hotel is maintained, nice staff, breakfast is also good. So don't make anything.

A hotel located on the edge of Wolfsburg, 7 min drive, very quiet and careful. Unfortunately only breakfast possibility and a cheese hotel on the evening. We had a spacious room with living room and kitchenette. Unfortunately, the washing was not done during our stay and the 2 cleaners also do not use moist fabric or a dust cleaner for the floor during cleaning. If you stay somewhere for 5 days, this would be allowed for the price you pay. I would like to come back here to make a long walk with the dog, because it is located right at the forests in the surrounding area.

The surrounding environment is very good. Is it similar to a homestay? There is a small castle and a small park next to it. There is an Italian restaurant next to it, which is very nice, the hotel’s breakfast is good, and the service is good!
