This hotel has a trap. When we checked in, we were asked to sign a no-smoking agreement. We thought it was a hotel check-in agreement. Since we don't smoke anyway, we signed it! I smelled smoke when I entered the room. I thought it was caused by the lack of ventilation in the room. The check in was a nigh**are. I had just driven 7 hours straight and my daughter and I were exhausted.
Apparently my reservation didn’t show up on the computer.
I showed her the receipt of payment and check in dates etc.
She said she couldn’t help me and wanted to charge me for a room.
I showed her the receipt again and asked to speak to the manager. She said her manager wasn’t available and was very evasive and her answers.
I continue to persist, and she finally called a manager. The manager was able to look it up and make the connection for the reservation.
The front desk attendant continued to have an attitude and was very disrespectful, even when it was obvious that she was wrong

The room was clean, beds were quite comfortable, appreciated that the bathroom vanity and sink were outside of the shower/toilet room. Breakfast was good, nice variety of teas. Pool and sauna were great. Rooms were quiet (no sound leakage from other rooms).
