Nice and cozy hotel close to the skiing lifts. The spa was amazing! And so was the breakfast.

Stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment which was a good size but a little tired and in need of a refurb. This is certainly not a 4 star accommodation. 3 star. Kitchen was well equipped and it was clean. Wi-Fi also pretty good. The EV car charger was broken and this was a key reason for selecting and was not informed in advance. Will not be returning and would not recommend.

The check in was terrible. The absolute definition of not to be customer oriented right from the get go. The person at the reception was rude and was very argumentative about the check in time after I proofed her wrong and she diverted to impose to sign the reservation……horrible bad! The next surprise was that we had to get our luggage back in to the car and had to drive to an offsite location/biopsy not as advertised. We had to go 2 floors up to enter the two rooms we booked. To me I don’t understand how the have awarded the 4 stars ….unbelievable! My list of criticism could go on and on……cleanliness smell building issues you name it. Normally I do not write any reviews, but in this case I had to just for the simple reason to warn people to book that fake accommodation!

Everything was great, only the carpet in the rooms was old. Don't like carpet, but the main thing is no smell of carpet.

In de zomer hier een hotel geboekt! Goed ontvangen en wij kregen zelfs een betere kamer dan dat wij hadden geboekt! Dit was op de bovenste etage met uitzicht op de parkeerplaats van het hotel. Ontbijt hadden wij erbij geboekt, dit was heerlijk en voldoende variatie. 1 keer gebruik gemaakt van de welness rond een uur of half 6, was toen erg druk maar niet hinderlijk voor ons. Ons enige minpunt waren ons hoofdkussens van het bed, die zijn zo dun dat je er niet lekker op slapen kan. Onze tip is dan ook om je eigen kussen mee te nemen hier naar toe!

Wir waren nur 1 Nacht und demzufolge können wir nicht alles beurteilen. Die Zimmer sind klein, sauber und Zweckmäßig eingerichtet, allerdings hätte ich mir ein etwas härteres Bett/Matratze gewünscht. Das Frühstück ist ebenfalls sehr gut und es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Ein großer Minuspunkt ist der extrem enge Bereich, wo die Eier/Omletts zubereitet. werden. Während die Eier zubereitet werden entsteht eine große Warteschlange und dadurch ist fast das komplette Buffet blockiert und man muss sich ständig durch drängeln, oder wartende Leute fragen, ob sie einem mal eben irgend etwas rüber reichen können. Das Personal ist sehr nett und man wird zwischendurch gefragt ob alles OK ist. Die Lage des Hotels ist ruhig und leicht außerhalb, aber trotzdem ist "das Stadtzentrum" in wenigen Gehminuten zu Fuß erreichbar

Het appartement ligt mooi en rustig gelegen. Met 15 minuten lopen ben je in het centrum. Als je naar de pistes wilt gaan moet je wel echt de bus/ auto nemen. Ik had voor een 4 sterren verblijf het wel wat schoner verwacht. Jammer dat het balkon niet sneeuwvrij wordt gehouden. Prima verblijf voor een nachtje.
