Pet-friendly Hotels in Windsor

I have stayed here a few times for business. It is walking distance to the river where there is a nice trail to walk around. Check in was a breeze & the woman at the front desk was kind and helpful. The hotel is very clean and well kept. The gym is your average hotel gym with limited equipment but gets the job done. This time around I had a room that faced the street, and laughed at the ear plugs on the night stand.. but I could definitely see needing them as the rooms that face the street can be loud. Previously I always had rooms that looked over the tunnel entrance and never had any sound issues. There is now a Starbucks attached to this hotel - which is a nice touch. Parking is awkward but I believe they are doing construction. Be careful going up or down the ramp as the red and green lights are not accurate for oncoming traffic. This is the place I like to stay in Windsor - there are many food options nearby.

Stayed for two nights over March Break and was very impressed with the hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful for both a phone call and enquiries during our stay. We loved our two bedroom suite with the amazing view of the Detroit River where you can see the riverside war memorials, ships and boats passing by, and Detroit across the water. Our suite was modern, spacious, and immaculate. Nice little kitchen for preparing snacks and reheating leftovers from our restaurant meals. We didn't request cleaning during our stay but we did contact them because we thought no pillows or blankets had been provided for the sofa bed, but found them later in a drawer. Pool is bigger than it looks with warm water, but mind that sticky door to get in. No breakfast is provided but there's a small market with Starbucks coffee, and Tim Hortons is less than a ten minute walk behind the the Aquatic Centre/Adventure Bay. We took the advice of previous reviews and checked in with the hotel first to get the parking pass and room keys you need to access the parking garage in the connected building. We didn't keep any belongings in the car and had no problems with the in and out privileges. A great stay!

The view is amazing! Located by the Detroit River, surrounded by downtown Windsor and Detroit, the bustling city lights surround the hotel, and the service is also very good. However, there was no buffet during the epidemic, and breakfast was not delicious. Sandwiches in paper bags.

There is free parking, breakfast, restaurants are few, food is there, the hotel is outside the station, the hotel is clean, a little bad is that the room air conditioning is louder, but in general, it is good

This location was really good for us. It is right on the river and we had a great view. The parking was very good. Breakfast was terrible but that was not why I was there. The front desk staff were very nice and helpful. The room was modern and clean. The hotel was full with collage kids and I didn't know until morning. Nice and quite.

Breakfast is richer in surrounding hotels, at least hot food. The internal facilities of the room are also good, but the attitude is relatively cold. There are many parking lots and large parking spaces, which is convenient for self-driving. It is very close to the highway, about 10 minutes by car from the airport. There are Wal-Mart and Chinese restaurants, gas stations nearby, very convenient

Location is ok. Front desk staff member was excellent and while being alone working the area while busy was very friendly, helpful and this was much appreciated with an issue I had in the room.

Stayed for the weekend with family for kids swim competition. Weekend was fully booked with swimmers. Everything was surprisingly good for the price, no complaints at all. Breakfast with sausage and eggs was good enough; small pool and room all OK. Convenient location 10 mins to all major things around. Enough parking even with full occupancy. No elevator to 2nd floor but stairs are just a few steps, no problems. Booked again for next trip in April.

The person who stayed in the next room turned on the music broadcasting loudly until 2 a.m., so I couldn't sleep, so I complained to the office, but in the end it was 3 a.m., so I barely turned it off, so I could sleep. I got up at 6 o'clock I was so tired the next day because I couldn't sleep properly because of the unconscious person.

The location was convenient with a lot of shops in the area. The staffs were helpful and the breakfast was good. They had a gym but did not use it. I made use of the laundry service coin operated. The room were clean and tidy and would recommend to stay here. I felt comfortable and I enjoyed it. I would definitely recommend staying here.
