Marigold Hotel
3.9/55 Reviews
The 12 December 2020 was my wedding, and I booked the Executive Suits at Marigold for two nights to serve as our honeymoon place. It cost me N$ 9000 (4500/night). Whilst there, my room was never cleaned or my bed made. I queried at reception regarding this, and the reception posted on the Staff WhatsApp Group that no one cleaned our rooms. No one however came or responded to her query. The reception then decided to come and clean the room herself. I then asked the receptionist to call the manager on duty for me to talk to him. She tried several times but he was not picking up. She then linked me up with another senior person, to whom I called and complained that it is my honeymoon but we are getting back serive. She promised to attend to it, but nothing happened. On the day of booking out, I called several times at Reception for someone to help us with our luggage and wedding gifts we received. There was no answer. The elevator at the Hotel was not working. I therefore had to personally make three trips up and down the stairs from the top floor (Executive Suites) to the basement garage, to take our luggage and wedding gifts to our car. When I came to get our refund for the key deposit, the receptionist on duty didn't apologise for the bad service - even though he was the one who booked us in on our wedding day. He simply gave us the refund and said have a nice day. No one from the Hotel ever got in touch with us. That is a disappointment. I booked the most expensive suites they have to enjoy our special wedding night, but the service and experience Marigold's staff and Management showed us was rubbish.
Hilton Windhoek

It is recommended that you can live in folk customs, with more characteristics and higher cost performance.
Protea Hotel by Marriott Windhoek Furstenhof
3.5/521 Reviews
The hotel is centrally located. Rooms and spacious and clean with most of them having a balcony. Breakfast is usually buffet and quite good. There's an old-fashioned lift and the staff are friendly enough. If you are in the city for business, this is an ideal place to be in
House on Olof Palme
4.8/542 Reviews
House on Olof palme was a perfect place to end our holiday in Namibia. The house is situated in a nice quiet area. It was very clean and felt like home, helped further by the friendly hosts. We also liked how breakfast was served: everything was packed individually to keep it fresh and hygienic.
Hillside Executive Accommodation

Highly recommend Hillside. Excellent staff especially Cliffort, helpfull and friendly. He went out of his way to assist us in the rainy weather, you are appreciated. Arranged a shuttle for us from our training centre to the accomodation.
Hilton Garden Inn Windhoek
3.8/522 Reviews
There are two Hilton hotels, one next to the other. It takes 1 minute walking from one lobby to the other lobby. The hotel is new. The rooms are large. The bed is comfortable. The bathroom has good water pressure. The wifi reception is very good. The kitchen is located on the first floor. The gym is closed, but you can use the other Hilton gym. Breakfast is basic: tea, coffee, eggs, sauce, fruit and bread. I wrote to the hotel to ask if they had gluten-free options and they answered yes. When they arrived they had no gluten-free options. The last day of my stay went to the other Hilton and brought me a little gluten-free bread. The hotel is located right, a step from one of the main streets with shopping centres and restaurants, the German church, the North Korean building made in Windohek and some cafeterias. The rooms are soundproofed, so it is very quiet and sleeps very well. Photos that come out on Trip.com must be updated, several already correspond to the other Hilton Hotel.
