Prima hotel! Badkamer was alleen niet heel schoon en er ontbraken war handige dingetjes zoals koffiemokken en een haakje voor je handdoek in de badkamer.

Although i made a reservation for a room with 2 chairs, there was not a chair in the room.

Unfortunately, the hotel was not very clean; there were snack crumbs and hair on the bed. There was no toilet paper, and the room was very cold; the window near the bed didn't close properly. The access staircase was small and steep, not recommended for older people or those with a lot of luggage. The location is excellent.

If you are looking for a nice place in the center, this is a great location.
Unfortunately it seemed as if no cleaning had been done. There was still a used soap in the shower cabin (ieks!), there was all kinds of rubbish on the floor in the room itself and there were still skid marks in the toilet (double ieks!).
If you have difficulty walking, the rooms on the top floor are not convenient. To get there, you have to climb a narrow and steep staircase.
Was it serious? No. It seems more like indifference or poor supervision of cleaning.
