I arrived to find my room unmade- no sheets on the bed or towels, etc. I went to the front desk and was told there were no other rooms, and no staff available to make up the room, and that I was already checked in so couldn’t be refunded. I asked for sheets and made up the room myself. The front desk was friendly and apologetic but ultimately that shouldn’t have happened. I asked for some sort of compensation and received nothing. The breakfast was lacking- well within the time window maybe one third of the options were remaining. The hotel itself is well updated and the staff was friendly, but overall the hotel needs to invest in better procedures for room and service management.
