We stayed with family & friends for 2 days in Room nos 403&404. It was very pleasant experience at front office for checkin very fast and nice support fro m staff Mr Anurag/Ajay in specific for all the support. We really enjoyed our stay and the Restaurant was awesome with variety of buffet choice of food and it was very tasty. Mr Netra -Chef was so nice and one of our guest is specific with restricted food and he arranged and the restaurant staff Mr Hissay and Manish are vey nice and we have enjoyed our 2 days of stay without any complaint - We strongly recommend this hotel not to miss and the property location and view is fantastic. Will visit again

It's the best resort for the price point and the stay is also very luxurious and staff behaviour is very polite the view from the resort is breathtaking it is also close to mall road the only problem is that the hotel is half kilometres downhill.

We had a great experience at our stay at Hotel Crescent Darjeeling. The ambiance and the view from the hotel was picturesque. Would make a special mention of Miss Akansha for her courteous service and prompt response in dealing with all our queries. Would love to visit again.

The Crescent Resort offered a serene escape with impeccable service, stunning views, and good food. Highly recommend for a rejuvenating getaway. It’s 2 days stay at Crescent resorts Darjeeling out of 7 days trip of north east. Stay was pleasant in crescent and specially the food was great, thought limited options but food was tasty and hygienic. Had good combination of south and North Indian cuisines. Service by Hissay and his team was amazing.

The staff is very polite and soft spoken . The ambience of resort is very soothing and relaxing.Special thanks to Ms Stuti and Mr Sabin. The food is very good and delicious and also enjoyed the local dishes which enhanced our taste experience and also came to know about staple/local delicacy of Darjeeling
