There is zero food nearby after 7pm. Night time is unsafe nearby. There are aggressive homeless guys next to the hotel who insult you for being "rich" and staying there. But hey, the subway ride on the Green Line there was even more terrifying.

Ah, this hotel is really great. The service attitude is very friendly. The room is big and beautiful. The location is also very good. It is opposite the union depot.

The staff and hotel were great. Clean and comfortable. Kind of expensive for valet. The sign is so high up. I’m originally from over the bridge and been there most of my life and I had a hard time finding it..other than that it was very nice.

Such a great time celebrating St.Patricks day down town. Located near great pubs and food, all withing walking distance. Brenda at the front desk was wonderful as well!

Most nicest hotel I've ever experienced for an 3 star Hotel. I will most definitely come back in the future. Nice & clean, helpful with guides around the city etc. Great staffs, especially the front desk! Thank you!

Overall hotel was nice. Parking was an absolute nightmare, they only offer valet parking but don’t have enough parking in front of the building to actually utilize it. We had to park across the street at the union depot. I thought our room was nice and clean until I saw copious amounts of bodily fluids all over the sheer curtain covering our window.
