Basic hotel with minimal extras. TV removed from main bedroom, one in upstairs lounge but not enough chairs for 4. Small supply teabags, shampoo etc. pleasant but nothing special. Manager Nikoloas is very good, caring and attentive to guests. Doing a great job with what he has.

Good accommodation but the stairs to the lower level are dangerous and not recommended for people with access or mobility issues. There is a kid proof open cage door at the top of stairs which you walk straight into upon entering the unit. I personally slipped going down the stairs with bare feet, so recommended footwear. Stairs are steep and not deep, and carpet slippery.
On positive the pool in the complex was very good.
Location ok but a bit of a walk to catch a tram.

The gentleman at the reception was very pleasant and helpful. We had to pay $30 per night for private parking but it's hard to find anywhere in Melbourne that has private parking. All other places couldn't guarantee a spot, but this one did. The room was clean, and the view was of a massive Police Office block and the railyard and the train station. the place had all the basics, but the fridge was locked up in the cupboard with the microwave sitting on bits of wood on top of the fridge. The TV was nice and big, and the chairs were comfy. The bed was too hard for my back, so I did wake up each morning with a sore back. We thought we had a balcony, but it turned out to be an enclosure for the aircon unit The pool was in another block, so we didn't manage to get there. The location was a bit out of the CBD but we needed the exercise. Overall satisfied with Lumina

Our family of 4 stayed for 2 nights and were very happy with our suite. We particularly liked that it was quiet, clean and had a balcony. I found the Lumina front desk staff to be exceptionally helpful and friendly and would not hesitate to stay here again. (Note - our suite was 2-level and would not be suitable for anyone with limited mobility.)

I had a Very good stay.
The apartment is very convenient.
Nicolaos at the reception was great !!! He provided very good quality service and helped us a lot ! I would recommend this hotel for all its equipment, location close to the tram and for the service provided by the team especially by Nicolaos

I stayed here recently for 4 night with 2 friends in a 2 bedroom apartment. The apartment though smaller than expected was well appointed with 2 lovely clean bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen which had everything needed if you were to stay in and cook. The reception staff were very friendly. The apartment though located a little distance from many attractions was in the free tram zone so getting around was very easy.

had such a nice 3 night stay here, the staff are so friendly and helpful. the rooms are very clean and neat and the location is great, walkable distance from southern cross which made it easier!
