I want to share my recent experience at the Quality Inn Zephyrhills.. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a strong smell of fresh paint in the room, which was problematic for me and my companion as we are allergic to strong odors. We requested to change rooms, but the receptionist was rude and informed us that there were no alternative rooms available. This lack of willingness and consideration for our needs forced us to seek alternative accommodation for the night. Additionally, we were surprised to see that the receptionist had two pitbull dogs at the front desk, which may be unsettling for some guests. Adding to the disappointment, the bathroom in the room was dirty. Most surprisingly, despite not staying at the hotel for any night due to the inconveniences presented, we were still charged for the night without consideration for our concerns. There was no consideration from the hotel staff regarding our issues. I would not recommend this hotel to other travelers.
