床底下啤酒餅碎玻璃，朋友剛好踩到了，幸好沒多重，打電話前台，衹是叫保安大哥上來清理一下完事～不是看在保安大哥面子上，馬上投訴酒店，連起碼問候一聲人傷哪都沒有。不給一星完全是看在保安大哥面上，完全沒服務意識的前台～～～～

進到這家酒店感覺很舒心，經理和前台小姐姐很熱情友好，房間也很乾凈，大床很舒服。重點是可以協商帶狗狗一起入住，這很大程度上的體現了店家的寬容。當然我們帶寵物的也要維護好房間的衞生，禁止寵物亂拉亂尿，亂咬亂叫，公同維護良好的人際關係，共創良好的居住環境，不要給店家帶來困擾。謝謝皇庭酒店的寬容❤️

出差住了五天，入住第一天剛進門，房間到處是煙頭，期間一直沒人打掃；晚上與同事聊天（正常音調説話），房門直接被門衞打開，把頭伸進來讓我們説話小聲點，該睡覺了。女生和準備帶異性入住的要慎重考慮！
