大堂環境好，還提供免費的水，到前台辦理入住也想喝水，前台主動給我倒水，天氣炎熱剛好，喝下去很舒服。辦理入住很快。把行李放房間，房間也給我安排了安靜的。這種服務很棒。都不用我説，主動給我安排好。房間乾淨衞生，樓層姐姐們服務非常有禮貌，見到我都微笑。到前台給我介紹了吃的，前台告知我酒店旁邊有一家燒烤，晚上生意特別好，還要排隊，是一家幾個小夥子開的傣味燒烤。便宜實惠。味道不錯哦。跟他們聊天很親切。服務很好。有建身房和洗衣房，特方便。今後來文山出差就選擇步行街這家漢庭。

房間非常大，位置也比較好，樓下是那個市中心的商業街，比較方便，值得表揚的是服務非常貼心和細心。房間礦泉水放的比較充足，早餐也很好吃，酒店整體來説環境很好，給好評。每一個前台微笑很真誠，反正總體來説很滿意的一次入住。
