江南煙雨，入住觀瀑雅舍曾擔心潮濕，也擔心無美景可觀賞。但出乎我的意料，一入住就打消我的一切顧慮！房間窗明幾凈，床鋪、衞浴乾淨整潔，賓館該有的傢俱應有盡有，那舒適幽靜的環境讓你賓至如歸之感！
早上雨止，窗外靜悄悄的，讓你睡到自然醒！拉開窗簾，一幅幅畫般的美景盡收眼底，那山、那水、那彩虹橋、那大草原、那水中的倒影、那掩藏在花叢中的五星級廁所都讓人美不勝收，心情愉悦！急不可待地想早點下樓用完早餐，去逛逛温州最大的集康養、吃、住、遊、打卡拍照為一體旅遊勝地。真不虛此行！賞景走起……

該民宿環境優美，交通便利，價格適中，生活設施齊全，衞生環境乾淨，網絡效果好，早餐可口美味，工作人員服務態度極佳，園內景點獨具特色，遙望百丈瀑布，尤入人間仙境，園內造景形象逼真，引人流連來回。非常適合婚慶活動，親子活動，老年人散步休閑。值得再次觀光。

環境是可以的，入住體驗不好，枕套是剛拆封的沒有清洗，躺下去沒一會就起紅疹子了，到附近暔山醫院開了雷他定片，有可能酒店剛開，網絡也不能用，電視機也不能用，去跟前台阿姨説，阿姨説那也沒辦法的，衹能這樣了，這種態度火是一下冒岀來的，等我發火了才説讓人過來看看，看了也沒解決問題，網絡不能用退房時給我們三間房減了10元一間。
