All good. Room is clean and spacious enough for family of 6. The only downside is time taken waiting for lift. Waited for a good 15mins to go from our room to the lobby. 3 lifts to serve many rooms for 20 levels and 1 lift broke down are simply too laggy. But enjoyed our trip in Wenchang!

The Wenchang room was specious and modern and cheap at 200 yuan, compared with Sanya at 300 yuan with much older facilities. There were no mosquitos or bugs encountered and the linens were spotting white. Can only smell a little tobacco smoke in the lift, but it never permeates the bedroom. I did not experience any noise or disturbances from outside the room. The buffet was cheap at 19 yuan with a wide varieties of food. There is a fast food restaurant next door and another further down the same road, about 50m away. A big chicken & egg pau plus a big pot of tea cost 8 yuan. Very cheap indeed. If travelling on your own, a scooter ride will be the most convenient, on average 10 yuan. Just go to the nearest main road and there will be one within 5 mins. However, looking for a cab will be difficult and I would suggest using Weixin (WeChat) to do so. I failed to do it due to my foreign card being blocked and I had to use the scooter taxis. Receptionists and cleaners are very helpful and would order taxis, gave me directions and suggested the restaurants to go to. One even looked after my washing without asking. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone.

It is indeed a newly opened hotel, with simple and modern decoration, everything is very new, and the room is larger than the average hotel. The location is very good, only a few hundred meters away from the No. 10 bus that runs through Wencheng Old Town and Qinglan Bridge. If you drive yourself, there is parking in front of the hotel. The breakfast is varied and delicious, and it is really a conscience price even if you pay 25 yuan yourself. From the front desk clerk to the cleaning staff, they are all hospitable and polite. Especially the hotel front desk, from the check-in arrangement, recommending restaurants and entertainment projects, teaching me how to pay for the bus, to giving free breakfast coupons to temporary guests, etc., they are very considerate, and I am happy to choose this hotel. Slightly inadequate: 1. I hope to add an indoor safe for guests to store important items. 2. I hope it can still be a smoke-free hotel. After all, the ventilation system is connected. Although I don’t smoke, I still smell cigarettes in the hotel bathroom every day when I return to it.

Seeing that the hotel had a high rating, I checked in with the attitude of giving it a try. I was really not disappointed. As soon as I entered the hotel, the attentive and meticulous service of the two staff at the front desk made me feel very comfortable. I immediately felt good about the hotel. Entering the room is also amazing. The room facilities are very new and the decoration is very warm. It is really surprising to be able to stay in such a room at this price. I will stay here again in the future when I come to Wenchang. Thank you to the front desk staff.

Conveniently locate and easy access to amenities. Front desk staff was courteous and helpful. The hotel is very dated. Though the bedroom was decently clean, the bathroom was a mess. It had stain marks all over the walls. The groutings in the shower cubicle had mild dew stains and so was the anti-slip bath mat. It is definitely not fit to be used. The foldable wooden windows above the wash basin had rotted and the paint was coming off. Coordination between front office and dining room staff was poor resulting in me being questioned about my eligibility to have breakfast. A moment of embarrassment. However the manager apologised and sent us a complimentary fruit platter and a pot tea.

The hotel has a good location, bustling surroundings, plenty of parking spaces at the door, new room facilities, comfortable, white and soft bedding, and a very good sleep. I highly recommend everyone to stay. There is Internet celebrity Dad Tea next to it, and many locals are eating it.

It was my first time to stay at the All Seasons. The price was very cheap. I didn’t have high expectations. I just wanted to choose a hotel closest to the train station. The result was much better than expected. I think it should be the best, newest and cleanest hotel in Wenchang city. , the decoration style is simple and modern, the gym, laundry room and other accessories are complete. The front desk and cleaning service staff are very polite. They say hello when they see it. The cleaning is also very clean. There is also a robot to deliver food to the room, which is very convenient! The only downside is that the toilet flushing sound is a bit loud

The receptionist at the hotel was very enthusiastic. When we parked in front of the hotel and it was raining, he took us in with an umbrella and helped us carry our suitcases. The young lady at the front desk was also very enthusiastic and friendly. When I entered this hotel, I felt that the service was very attentive. I will stay here again next time.

Even though my husband and I are far away from home, the housekeeper Anni has provided us the hospitality by recommending us places of interests and a place where we could have a good meal. She even helped us book the high speed rail tickets together with her colleague Mindy and reminded me gently to check out on time to catch the train. Kudos to Anni and Mindy!

There are coconut trees downstairs of the hotel, parking spaces, many places to eat nearby, a popular morning tea shop, and a fruit market. The shop owner said that the room type was upgraded. When I moved in, I saw a small hall with a corridor and dim lights. The signal was not good because it was separated by the bathroom, so it was almost useless. The balcony was quite large and it was quite comfortable to sit on when it was cool.
