房間環境與宣傳照片嚴重不符。宣傳照中裝飾精緻的木床和整潔的藍白色床單在現實中衹是一個簡單的鋪着充滿了褶皺的白色床單的床。床單潮濕，有的地方似乎有淡淡的一層黴。牆紙配色與宣傳照也相差甚遠，貼的也很不整齊。一進門就好像走進了桑拿房，又潮又熱，房間牆壁到處都是黴斑。窗台臟，晚上房間光照十分昏暗。高檔的白色座椅變成了便宜的黑色鐵椅。攜程上4.1分而大眾點評上衹有2.8分使我嚴重懷疑其中很多好評都是刷的。已經投訴退款，商家衹願意退20%，不過攜程同意承擔剩下的80%。

一進到房間，一股難聞的刺鼻味，整個空間逼仄狹小，平台上顯示20平米的房間，就兩個燈，廁所一個外面一個，整個房間極其極其極其地昏暗（與平台圖片完全不符）！！！眼神不好者慎重考慮！！！然後衞生間是沒有洗漱用品的，就是一整個自給自足！所以各位朋友們，來旅遊的時候一定要選擇環境好一點的，不然會壞了自己的好心情！八十多完全可以住一個環境不錯的酒店了！各位遊客朋友們被被突然詐騙了！！！！快跑！！！還有我們辦理入住一小時後想退房，房間裏的東西我們也沒動，床上用品也沒人碰，但是商家不同意退款，我們最後也沒住直接提着行李走掉了，向平台申訴商家也不同意全部退款，黑心，退房的時候前台也不在，這就是這個客棧的服務態度，差評！！！！！！！！別去！！！！！！

老闆人好熱情，真的挺好的，剛下飛機就往他店裡開過來，進店諮詢過後決定住下環境很好，房間乾淨整潔也挺大的，老闆給人的感覺很真誠，而且還給我們都升級了房間，專門走廊掛衣服第二天就幹了絕，值得住，價格也很實惠，不踩雷
