Stayed at Wild Planet Bana Heights with my family for 02 nights (Dec 24) and must say that one of the best experience we had. Starting from pre-check in information ***** with route on SMS, welcome by staff when we reached it was a great gesture. Our stay was great, very well maintained facility be it rooms, restaurant, common washroom, all activity areas or swimming pool it was very well maintained. Overall all the staff be it reception or people at restaurant of anyone one else they all were very cooperative and welcoming. Special Thanks to My Subhash, Mr Srijil (HKP supervisor), Mr Naiz (guide) all were very cooperative and they made our experience fantastic. They are true example of a hospitality industry. Wild Planet had many activities be it morning hike or afternoon nature walk or archery, shooting, swimming pool, bon-fire, theater or other indoor activities all great. Enough parking spots, good wi-fi. It was a great experience.

Mr. Subhash and his hotel staff provide exemplary service that is both personal and memorable without being intrusive. Wild planet bana hight resort devotes tremendous attention to detail, thoughtfulness, and warmth that is unparalleled. They offer all inclusive package.Our Room was gorgeous with stunning jungle infront view that was BREATHTAKING morning and night. The bed and sleep experience was excellent. Bathrooms were impeccable with Aryuveda Toiletries. The food was scrumptious! The Resort has great amenities and a wonderful pool. Nestled in an ideal location for visiting waynard Kerala Historical jungle Tracking even for senior citizens is lifetime experience.The guide of Resort was well knowledgeable to explain of flowers and Plants. The International brand hotels of the world have a lot of catching up to do regarding service with a personal touch. Evening tea on rooftop with stunning mountain views. Food was excellent and mouth watering,I and my wife enjoyed kerala food a feast everyday In Lunch & dinner It's huge spread with No items were repeated during our stay.VEG and NONVEG items was very clearly separately kept in buffet ,,Appreciated. Super best sweets spread with all meals. Thanks chef for best dishes prepared with Quality ingredients,, Best' coffee to enjoy with pure milk and aroma.Overall service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. Outdoor activities in the garden is extremely good for children and elders also,, The activities incharge is available all the time to guide and to enjoy fullest all activities.The swimming pool is big, clean with mountain view The Theatre is with comfortable seat and Latest sound technology to watch movies with family,,, Location of resort is picturous like photo frame of thick jungle The garden is with natural mountain flower and beautiful colour leaves plant,And in the evening the Live singing program by Mr jinish a super humble melody singer singing beautiful old and latest songs too with Bonfire He inspired us to dance and we enjoyed dance with his songs He is Amazing singer. Went for a business trip with my colleagues. Pros: The property is located at a good location. Great staff. Especially, the people working at restaurant have a very pleasant demeanor. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Cons: Mini football turf would benefit from better lighting at evening. Nature walk and morning trek don't offer great view. Not worth imo
