Everything good, very good value for money. Spacious rooms with kitchenette.

Marriott ’s is spacious and comfortable, with convenient parking, complete facilities, a swimming pool and basketball court, but unfortunately it will be fully booked in the next few days and can only stay for 3 nights. This is quite popular in the neighborhood and needs to be booked in advance.

This is my new favorite hotel in every city I go for business. Rooms have everything you need. Bathrooms are brand new and perfectly clean. Beds are super comfortable.

The hotel is great. There is also a free parking space. Breakfast is OK. Is the location far from the airport

Our stay was for 6 nights. Went to fitness center…no towels or hand wipes. An employee removed the empty Han wipe container and never returned. Asked for room to be cleaned on our 4th day…never was cleaned. This particular cleaning was requested way in advance of hotel policy (two days before requested cleaning date) We reported this “oversight” to the night clerk. He apologized, took our our room number and added to many other room numbers that were not cleaned either. Returned the following morning and asked clerk at front desk if we were still on for the cleaning of our room. (This would be our 5th day) She replied in the affirmative and we left for the day. Upon our return that evening we found a clean room but zero towels. Another late night trip to the night clerk asking for towels. He replied that a number of rooms also did not receive towels that day. He brought some to our room that evening. The towels he brought were bath mates instead of bath towels. The bath towels were all in the dryer; that’s all he had to give. One late night evening we were awakened to loud TV noise. After we walked the third and fourth floor halls we found it came from the room just below us. Almost 1AM we reported the noise to the night clerk. He would investigate. We returned to our room. The noise quieted down for approximately 10 minutes then got cranked up again. We took another trip downstairs to the night clerk, reported it once again. The night clerk took another visit to the 3rd floor (that’s where it was coming from..the room directly below us) and within roughly 10 minutes everything fell silent and we finally slept. Our last morning here during breakfast a homeless gentleman was sleeping in the corner of the dining area. A manager approached him, spoke with him, and the uninvited person made his way out the door. The manager then spoke with the lady attending the breakfast area. Two stars for this establishment is what we rated it. If it wasn’t for the helpfulness of the night clerk/manager this would have been a 1 star rating. The day attendants at the front desk seemed very low energy and not very sociable. This hotel seriously needs a consistent all hands on deck manager with a new housekeeping manager. We will be trying the Hampton directly next door when we visit Warren again.

It was a nice pleasant stay nice staff location and was quiet

I have thoughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel establishment. The maintains a clean and orderly location. It is generally very quiet, as well. I also look forward to the ‘hot’ breakfasts provided. The staff varies the egg selection on a daily basis.

Made reservations with choice hotel as a preferred member. Placed my credit card for the hold of the room only 5 day stay 2 queen size beds. The card I placed for a hold of the Room was charged at 7 am way before check in at 3 pm, of which I advised the staff I would be doing a late check in . Got to the hotel at 8 pm I told the staff my card was charged the young lady was nice and understanding . She has empathy how I felt with my card being charged ahead of time traveling on the road . She was nice ! Opened the door for my room I had one bed . Someone had changed my reservations. So they charged my card ahead of time without consent then change my reservation. I was upset . Spoke with the GM she said that she charged the card that’s what she do at her hotel for weekends . She was not compassionate , she appeared to say it candidly , nonchalant and unprofessional. Oh well I charged your card and gave you any kind of room . We can charge your room tomorrow to a double . Heck no ma’am I have re cleaned the room . I’m ok ! The room I had smelled musty and smoky. The shower had hair in it . Sheets on the bed was not very clean hair and stain on the sheets . I went to Walmart purchased new sheets for the bed . This hotel rooms families for greater than 30 days and have been considered a full living quarters. Ppl standing outside all day all night . Hallway smells ! Please beware when making reservations ahead of time at this establishment. Your card will be charged if that’s not the card you want charged don’t use it . Management sucks !!!

This hotel is not at the quality level I expected at a Marriot Town Place. I have stayed at several including this one at it’s old location. Marriot took over this property and hasn’t made the necessary improvements. Not only is the property dated it is poorly maintained and cleaned. It is not worth the price as shown in the photos, this should be a $89 a night hotel. Paying a much higher price I would not expect; - Dirty floors as my socks show - Only 2 forks and knifes - Dirty air vent - A cracked lamp shade - Cracks in the walls in the room that could be easily fix in a few minutes by a repairman and some caulk - The door to the bathroom hard to close due to loose rubber on the floor - Part of the siding hang off the side of the building for at least 3 days - The same breakfast of egg muffins and bagels for two days, this not what I expect a “hot” breakfast to consist of. Where is the bacon, sausage and potatoes?? The problems listed indicate management at the hotel has not properly trained the staff to report problems in the rooms. The person cleaning the room has to see the problems but has no incentive to report them to get them fixed. I would seem management doesn’t inspect the rooms. We will not stay at this hotel again.

The size of the room and the offered amenities within it (stove, fridge, kitchen towels, etc) were wonderful. However, the couch cushions had debris and dog hair on them. In the corners and along the baseboards in the room and in the hallway, there was debris and dust. When you allow dogs to stay at your hotel or have made renovations, you have to increase the cleaning effort. And there waa staff assigned to the front desk; however if the staff had to step away, there was no way to alert them of your presence. Not even a simple bell. The staff was extremely friendly, I just needed to figure out how to let them know that I arrived abd required assistance.
