Location: ONLY book if you are coming with your own car. Accommodation is not easily accessible by foot especially if you are arriving at night. All food places at least 5-10 min DRIVE. However, it is an interesting location as it is not close to the sea, so you get to experience another side of Hainan’s environment. Make sure you bring mosquito repellent.
Service: Was just okay - not the most helpful unless you ask questions. For example, the SUPs have to be booked ahead so their trainer is scheduled to come - which was not mentioned. So if you are only staying for one day, make sure you tell them ahead.
Cleanliness: Since it is a humid environment, mould will likely appear. The tent we were in had a lot of mould on many of the inner walls. There was an attempt at simply covering it but these tents should be cleaned and treated.
Amenities: the tents definitely are definitely more fancy than normal tents - ours had a shower and AC. I was mostly disappointed by the lack of activities and food availability. I think if you are an accommodation that is difficult to access - at least food/drinks options should be provided.

Something different from the usual holiday. Very peaceful and relaxing. Has a variety of things to do around. Finding the place was a bit difficult but worth the travel.

Had a great time staying at the campsite. Was a little out of the way, so probably recommended to those with a car. The nature which houses the campsite is stunning, and the staff also ensured our stay was comfortable by providing us with whatever we asked for and cooking us great food, especially the bbq! Definitely plan on visiting again!

We found a gigantic spider, the owner or one of the employees told us to shake the tent, then they didn't clean our tent, a tent that was already dirty, I don't know if we got this horrible treatment because we're people of color.

This was a unique and unmissable experience in Hainan. The tents felt luxurious and the surroundings were so beautiful. The staff were extremely kind and helpful to us foreigners. I would definitely recommend this place for a unique hotel stay!

Such a great location for a short getaway. The tents are big and clean. The bed is comfy!
We really loved the evening we spent here, sitting around the lake and enjoying a night under the stars. Would definitely stay here again for a night or two

The parent-child cabin is a real ecological environment. I was scared by the gecko in the bathroom before going to bed and didn't dare to go into the bathroom. I was woken up by insects like crickets outside at 4:30 in the morning... Bugs are everywhere, and the environment is hygienic Very bad, the toilet next to the reception center is disgusting...
