酒店離海灘比較近，但要住高樓層視覺效果才好。而且這邊堵車嚴重，出行打車很難，周邊吃飯購物選擇少而且貴。另外，民宿設施比較舊，對不起春節期間2000多一晚的價格（5、6百相對合理），過年期間晚上放鞭炮太吵了。

海景房，位置沒有問題，但是衞生比較差，到門口就不想住了，門上看上去都是灰，房間裏雜物多，有味道有螞蟻。看照片吧，建議住神州半島，也不遠

房子在華潤九里三五期，很新，小區很大，綠化很好，有小孩玩的設施，出小區離海也很近。晚上洗澡熱水器出來點問題，後來發現是沒有燃氣了，房東馬上安排人過來插卡，就就好了。

小區不能進門送外賣，要自己走路十分鐘去大門口取，大門口門衞堅決不給存放。對於想在房間裏休息一下的人來説，非常之不方便。
放假假期翻3倍，但品質較價位來説非常之差，衞生間和卧室有味道，死角打掃不乾淨，空調遙控器臟，床單發黃。隨便拍幾張都沒心思睡在床上，覺得不乾淨。
唯一優勢是小高層能看海，但是距離實在是遠了，效果也一般。
不推薦的民宿，慎重選擇。

三個房間，一個廁所的配置，六個人住廁所有點不夠用，大家參考。國慶有點貴，日均1555，是平時的三倍。有一點商家不愛接電話特別讓人着急，入住前接挺快，入住後就不接了，一個廁所不夠想跟他商量，也不是非得怎麼樣，但是就是不接電話真的很煩人，告訴我忙着了發微信能回，那我打電話要是不方便接可以摁了我的電話，這樣也知道你再忙，一直打一直不接聯繫不上太讓人生氣，住了四天，第三天密碼打不開門了，打微信電話就是不接，得虧我要了一個他的手機電話，也是我得發了微信告訴給他打電話的原因是什麼然後才接，告訴我他少給加了一天，密碼失效了，我們六個人穿着泳衣濕乎乎拿着東西在門口傻站着。衞生是説一户走了再打掃，我説加錢商家説不用中間給打掃一次，安排在了第三天，第二天讓商家安排給送了抽紙倒了垃圾，商家給安排了，其實每天收拾給倒個垃圾就行，也不用擦地什麼的感受會好很多，希望商家在這兩點改進。窗外景色不錯，但是如果每天都出去的話也看不到。

這次住的很開心，出門馬路對面就是石梅灣，旁邊就是觀景台，小區旁邊就可以吃飯。小區裏面有游泳池很乾凈衞生。樓下就可以租小電動。物業可以幫忙收快遞。在屋裡可以看到大海，景色很美，陽台很大，屋子很乾凈，可以做飯，一家人住在裏面很自在。這次出了點意外，我很慌，管家一直在安慰我説沒關係沒關係，情緒太穩定了，很快就解決了，感動的一批。物美價優，下次來這邊還會繼續住。

非常滿意！因為在孕期，告知後店家很貼心的在前一天滿房的情況下優先打掃衞生，以方便我們提前辦理入住。房間很整潔乾淨，南陽台和主卧是無敵海景，加井島近在眼前；北面是無敵山景！小區門口有超市和飯店，馬路對面走路兩三分鐘就是海灘，好多小魚，左邊走兩三分鐘就是觀海亭，旁邊有夜市，順着再走幾百米就是網紅趕海點（雖然沒有抓到啥），也是最美公路，感覺比艾美酒店位置還完美

環境不錯，衞生很好，大陽台對着大海，非常開闊舒服！謝謝老闆，對我的要求都一一滿足，兒子第一晚半夜突然流鼻血不止，把一個枕頭都染了很多血，床單都染到了，本來想着賠一個枕頭錢給老闆，結果老闆拒絕了，還熱心的發了醫院定位給我們，謝謝老闆，非常厚道，會介紹朋友來入住！
