國慶期間除了貴一點沒有其他毛病，定了三晚，房間離海灘非常近，樓下是M1咖啡工廠，對面就是威斯汀酒店，站在陽台就能看見海，晚上還能隱約聽到海浪的聲音，獨自出行我訂的一室一廳，非常滿意。而且樓下有超市有吃飯的地兒，非常方便，期待下一次相遇！

對於自駕遊客比較方便，石梅灣除了艾美和威斯汀兩個酒店，其他的基本都是華潤小區裏的公寓，都差不多，三期離觀海台比較近，出門走幾百米就到，但是小區的配套門店沒有一期多，從三期去一期還有1.5公里，不是自駕的，這個距離會很尷尬

🚗 交通：酒店前台在華潤九里街，開車或者打車到華潤萬家超市，就在超市的後面，圍着超市外延走就可以找到了。
🍃環境：我們住的二期，離吃飯的九里街近，離威斯丁也近，去海灘很方便。房間兩房一廳兩衞，很大很舒服，有冰箱熱水壺，但是好像不能做飯。友情提示，周圍吃的不算多，物價也不算便宜，自駕遊玩很適合，不開車的還是算了吧，我們吃飯都是打車去附近奧特萊斯的，那邊吃的多且超市比較大，附近最像樣的超市就在奧特萊斯了。石梅灣海實不錯，沙也細，最關鍵的是人少，人真的很少，我7月底去的，那時候正是暑假高峯期，疫情也爆，這種時候承包一片海灘也不是夢。
🧹衞生：衞生情況還行，就是衞浴設施略微有點老舊了，不過整體不影響居住。
🔔服務：華潤小區刷卡進出上下樓，安全性不錯，很適合一家老小出遊，性價比非常高。

我們是中午辦理的入住，等待辦理時間很長，告訴我們房間衞生還沒有打掃乾淨。前台親自帶我們進到小區，小區內有停車場，服務比較周到。進門的紗門很臟，第一觀感就不太好。房門口的廚房僅僅是擺設，不能開火煮飯，也沒有微波爐；進到房間裏就聞到的廁所傳出來的異味，噴過花露水也無法掩蓋，因為廁所聯通卧室，所以睡覺也能聞到，很糟心。去到廁所仔細發掘更是讓人無法踏入，死角處都是污漬，沐浴處除了噴頭連螺絲鑽孔都會噴水；Wi-Fi密碼無法登入，問前台微信無準確回覆，電視屏幕也是壞的，無法正常使用。房間內無飲用水，剛開始到酒店自來水還停水。對了，唯一優點是可以從陽台看到海，如圖所示：）。

住的一期獨棟別墅，房子邊上就是停車位，5個房間適合幾家人一起來，不過一樓有三個房間 三樓海景衹有兩個房間 泳池自費 建議住兩三天或者三五天的 一定要消費泳池 太好玩了 回家累了熱了往泳池一跳 巴適， 也沒有海邊那麼曬 總體很滿意 離海灘也近

房間位置很好，離沙灘，景點都很近，吃飯啥的都挺方便的，主要是小哥哥服務態度很好，有車接送去房間，很熱情，還給我們介紹附近的景點，房間也很大，很乾凈，性價比超高！！！下次來還會住這裏，強力推薦！

飛機延誤臨時定了一間，房間很大，一共兩張床可以睡四個人，是海景房，在華潤石梅灣九里二期這一片
。因為住過一期，對比來看二期這邊都是高層公寓，各方面都更新，管理實在是太嚴了（我的外賣衹能下樓去小區門口拿）😭不過二期離着石梅灣網紅餐廳這些比較近，外出買東西比較方便。

交通方便，好吃的飯店和超市都很近。
住的三期，海景漂亮，走到沙灘大概10分鐘，人少海美。
