All the staff were so lovely and helpful. We mistakenly went to the Wind Resort up the hill and they first offered us to change the booking then drove us down to Wind Hotel. I felt under the weather so I had to cancel my spa treatment and the receptionist offered to bring me ginger tea to help! So kind! The beds are comfortable and you have everything you need. The swimming pool is relaxing.

- Dịch vụ Spa miễn phí rất chuyên nghiệp.
- Hồ bơi trên view núi đẹp hơn hồ bơi ở 98 PCT.
- Nhân viên nhiệt tình thân thiện, niềm nở. Mỗi cái order thức ăn sáng bị xót (do giao ca bàn giao ntn không rõ)
- Phòng sạch sẽ, lúc nào cũng thơm tho. Đầy đủ trang thiết bị.
- Vòi nước nóng lạnh: dòng nước không ổn định, có thể do máy trợ bơm, nên lúc tắm lúc nóng lúc lạnh. Cẩn thận vì có lúc sẽ rất nóng, nếu trẻ con tự tắm thì nên cân nhắc có người lớn điều chỉnh nhiệt độ.
- 2 km để di chuyển tới bãi biển tắm
- NHÂN VIÊN 10 điểm
