Lovely lodge with an amazing view of Tsavo East National Park and beautiful sunrises. Rooms are okay, a bit small but good enough for 2 people. It would be good if the staff could open the nets before the night starts and ensure there's no bugs. A few improvements are needed such as upgrading the nets, ensuring that there's shower gel, shampoo and lotion in every room. Ours only had 2 bottles of Shampoo. The food wasn't too bad, I think for an Easter weekend or any festive holiday season, there should be a new menu everyday with a good variety and also a few vegetarian options need to be added. We requested the Chefs to make some vegetarian food and they definitely did a great job. I also would like to thank Chef Nancy for baking a delicious chocolate cake for a birthday celebration we had. The staff at the restaurant were good - they ensured drinks were brought to the table without having to wait. The only issue we had was when we ordered for some drinks at the swimming pool and one of them said that they couldn't bring it because it was raining - That's not something the waiter should decide and besides there was a small bar near the pool. Overall my stay was okay - if a few things can be taken care of well and improved, I would consider a lot more trips back.

The facility provided an exemplary experience, very professional handling, the views were stunning, the food was top notch, tye animals at the water hole and the water hole was also breathtaking, it is something that is a must have, I can't wait to be back there!

Beautiful place to stay when visiting Tsavo national park .The view from the rooms and the open restaurant are nothing less than spectacular š The ambience, Food and the warm reception, not forgetting the magical views . our AFRICAN SOIL SAFARIS clients love this nice place. try your stay here next time when visiting Tsavo East National park.

Meanwhile work on a few touch ups here n there to achieve the finesse. Indoor entertainment activities to keep guests busy after game drive would also be great!

Whilst the staff are lovely the lodge needs to be updated and have air conditioning. Food is ok but nothing to rave about. The lodge was invested with cockroaches and we had to put bedding near the door to stop them getting in and had to put a towel around the toilet for the same reason. We have stayed here before and there was never any issues however after yesterday's overnight stay we will not be coming back to Voi next year. Would rather have slept in safari truck.

The view and the location aregreat. But the place is bug infested. Rooms need renovation. Water for meals has to be paid despite all inclusive meals. Dinner has to be taken in the dark. Pool is smaller than on Website. Not at all a 4* hotel and much room for improvement.

Bugs everywhere. Smelly bath water. Desserts had ants on it and food was mediocre. View was good, but it doesn't make up for the millions of crickets we found in our bathroom. Walls were paper thin and mosquito nets were broken. Do not come here.

This is a 2 star hotel at best. It is under construction so beware afternoon chill time after early morning gamer drives are non existent. The food is average and you have to eat dinner in the dark as there are so many insects at sundown. Huge cockroaches in the rooms and the staff wear what looks like pork ranger uniforms, you feel like you've checked into a zoo. This is a backpacker paradise. that's it.
