Excellent location, friendly staff. The entrance and the reception is over decorated! No lift Rooms are OK-ish. Parking arrangement is with a local underground parking garage. (I got a voucher that gave Eur 4 discount on 18 Eur bill) Location - 9/10 Staff - 8/10 Room - 4/10 Value - 4/10 Recommend - No Return No

El Hotel es muy centrico. Falla el aparcamiento pero hay un convenio con uno cercano. Yo al final aparque cerca y sin pagar nada. Las escaleras hacen obstaculo para personas con poca movilidad. En general muy bien para dormir y disfrutar Vitoria.

Hoewel ik huiverig was voor de lage kwalificatie, was die angst ongegrond. Als je geen probleem hebt met het ontbreken van een lift, is dit een voortreffelijke keuze nabij het gezellige centrum van Vitoria-Gasteiz, het bij veel mensen onbekende pareltje van het Baskenland. Vriendelijke en behulpzame mensen bij de receptie, ontbijten kun je bij diverse gelegenheden op nog geen 100 meter afstand, je loopt binnen enkele minuten naar de tramhaltes en het treinstation, en staat binnen no time op het gezellige Plaza Virgen Blanca. Hotel sencillo. Muy buena ubicación y muy límpio. Habitación pequeña, pero con todo lo necesario. Tranquilo y sin ruidos. Buenos colchones. Recepcion 24 horas. Hemos pasado un buen fín de semana en Vitoria, con posibilidad de parcking y a un paso de todo.

La ubicación es estupenda. A 2 minutos andando del pleno centro histórico. Las camas están bien (al menos la habitación que nos toco) y el baño nuevo. Esta muy limpio y la chica de recepción muy agradable. La zona es muy tranquila. Recomendable por el precio y por poner una pega no tiene ascensor

Lo mejor de todo es la ubicación, está cerca de todo en pleno centro del casco histórico, luego tiene todo lo que le puedes pedir a un hotel por ese precio, la habitación es está bien, las camas son súper cómodas y está muy limpio, la única pega que podría ponerle es que no dispone de ascensor. El personal es muy amable, lo recomiendo 100%

Vår son bor i Vitoria och vi besökte honom ca 1 vecka. Sonen guidade oss i Victoria och området runt V som bla SAN Sebastian, Zarauts, Rioja, Gaztelugatxe, nationalparken i området mm. Det var fantastiskt! Vi besökte olika restauranger och åt gott och smakade goda viner.
