We made reservations in advance to stay at the Hotel Indigo Vinings for a few day trip to Atlanta. Due to getting a late start on our arrival date, I called the hotel at 6:30pm to let them know we wouldn’t arrive until midnight or a little later and were assured this would not be a problem. When we arrived just before 1am, the lobby was locked up and I called the front desk number. A staff person came out of the office behind the front desk and appeared to have just woken up and very terse in his interactions with us. After he spent 15-20 minutes trying to get into his computer he said he could not check us in and he could not accommodate our reservation with any room. He very nonchalantly said “there is no good news here” and suggested we go find another hotel (mind you it was now 1:30am in a city we have never been to before) and come back in the morning. There was no offer to assist us find another hotel and no offer to pay for another hotel. I used the IHG app to find another pet friendly hotel nearby. I called to verify they had a room and received amazing customer service from that moment on. I will not recommend the Hotel Indigo Vining to anyone at this time.

Won’t stay here again. Mattress is sunken, unpleasant smell on the first floor of the building, unaddressed maintenance and cleanliness issues in common areas. Outdoor common areas are inaccessible due to season - but weather is moderate and it would be nice to be able to spend some time outside. Stayed here for the price - but spend a few more dollars and stay elsewhere.

So it doesn't take much for me to be satisfied with a hotel because I typically travel alone and don't stay in the room very much. I have now stayed here twice and the first time was ok for a one night stay. The second time, I stayed for two nights this past weekend. I typically use the stairs to go up and down as opposed to the elevator. When I went down the first time, there was a large pile of human feces on the ground level. Only reason I noticed it was because of the crazy stench that stung my nostrils as I neared the ground floor. Whatever, crap happens I guess and someone cleaned it up later because it wasn't there the next time I came through. Housekeeping must not have cleaned the bathroom before I checked in because there was still hair stuck in the sink. Overall, I'm not going to ding them for these two things that bad like most people do on these reviews. The room (aside from the bathroom sink) was clean and the bed was comfy. The staff is always friendly and it's just about a mile walk to the Battery area with Truist Park. There is on-site parking for a small fee. This won't be my go-to in the future unless their price is just far below other rooms in the area.

We booked this hotel last minute using our Marriott points. I had an eye procedure five minutes away, and was finished by 11am. I also had a post-op early the next morning so that's the reason for booking overnight. We only live 2 hours away, but the early morning drive to Atlanta can be nerve racking when your not use to bumper to bumper everyday. I called Rashad (who was so kind, and professional) at the front desk to see if there were any rooms for early check in since i really did not feel like hanging around till 3pm and i just wanted to sleep. He said ” yes ma'am we have a room available.” Check in was less than five minutes, and I was asleep in my room by noon. The room was clean, as I did my normal bed, linen and towel check. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in at a hotel, and the room layout was wonderful as well as the refrigerator and microwave in the cabinet. This room also had so many mirrors in the bathroom, closet, and even beside the bed, plug ins, and USB ports its crazy, but we appreciate it. We had to check out early, but this hotel being close to everything, but off the beaten path will be our new overnight stop from here on out.

The hotel is clean and tidy, the bed is large, although it is far from the city center, but there is a shopping center around, shopping is also very convenient. The breakfast is too single, and the price is slightly more expensive.
