Living Hotel Kaiser Franz Joseph

Really very clean room with all comforts, exceeded our expectations. The area is very quiet and served with supermarket bars, pharmacies and restaurants. It is 2 steps from the trains and very close 2 bus and streetcar stops that take you to the major areas of interest.

The apartment is outside the centre of Vienna, but super accessible for any means available nearby: 1.metropolitana (it is 3 minutes walk, behind the corner) 2.stazione Regional trains (beside the metro for any destination) 3. Bus: you need to cross the train station to access the bus headline (line400) 4.tram: it is also the god of the park having crossed the bus stop (tram line D) With regard to supermarkets, the hotel is the practitioner The hotel, not our staff x the reception at the arrival time, is practical in check-in. When booking you receive a door code to enter and then on the input bank will only scan the qr-code received during the booking, enter the booking and take the cards made available to you The floor has a relaxing room with sofas, chairs and tables and a kitchen floor to make coffee (for payment) or wash tools. There are also drinking machines or food. In addition, you can find the room to wash your clothes, you can access through the room card (You need to download the Miele app and the rechargeable mini-bar is €20!). The apartment is silent, the only sin found was the heat air thermostat, as the recirculation was always cold even increasing the temperature and with 6 degrees outside we asked for reception assistance and the The next day, in addition to us, six apartments were set at least and therefore after the technician's place, the temperature was reversed to the winter season. On every floor (always accessible with your card) there is a vacuum tool where towels, sticks, toilet paper, washing boxes and washing bags can be taken, as well as the dust and stick to be used. Recommended. The waste as requested on the site is accessed with the lift that has the U key.

After living for more than a week, the breakfast was the same for every day, and the variety was very small. Although the quality was good, it was easy to get tired. The room is slightly cramped, but still clean, the big bed for the twin room needs to add 20 euros / person, not happy, the hotel seat is not the city center, but the transportation is convenient, there is no parking lot, the public parking space at the door is not many. Next time I have the opportunity to go there, I will consider the apartment and will not choose this kind of budget hotel.

Very good hotel. Very beautiful, very clean, the waiter is also very enthusiastic. Breakfast is good. The restaurant's 24-hour coffee, water and tea are all free. A bit far from the city center, but the traffic is very convenient, 15 minutes light rail can go to the city center. The light rail station is just a 2-minute walk from the hotel.
Hotel Calmo

We visited Calmo hotel the past few days.it is very well situated only a 5 minutes walk from Spittelau metro U4 metro stop.from there the city of Vienna lies in front of your feet.the room is good for 3 people and it was always cleaned and warm.the breakfast is adequate for a day of walking in Vienna.not a great variety but enough to get you going.the staff was always helpful and kind.My only disappoin**ent was the absence of a fridge in the room. Thanks to the weather we stored our refreshments outside of the window. But the pros are far more from the cons so if we would go back in Vienna we would visit the hotel again.
H+ Hotel Wien

We arrived late evening and the checkin was very easy. Staff very helpful. the room was very spacious for 2 large suitcases and still lots of room for king size bed, and a small table and chairs (Sitting area). Good bathroom facilities and good shower. We choose to stay just out of the city to save on price and it was very easy to walk to to the Metro station (10 min) and then a few stops to the city centre. Breakfast very filling and lovely sitting area. The area around the hotel is very quiet and relaxing. This was my first time in H+ Hotels and from the Wien hotel, we also stayed in Salzburg H+ hotel. Certainly not a basic hotel but very comfortable.
