Célestins Spa Thermal & Hôtel by Vy Resort Reviews

Poor amenities. There was only one coffee stick and no tea bags. Mineral water was only available on the first day and was not replenished after the bed was made. After I finished cleaning my room, I went back to my room and was relaxing, but the hotel staff opened the door without my permission. The staff at the front desk was also unpleasant, and when I asked questions about the spa, I was told to ask at the front desk. The attached spa was comfortable, but if you're expecting 5-star service from the hotel, you'll be disappointed.

The hotel service is very good, the environment is very clean and the facilities are quite new. It is a suitable place for spiritual cultivation.
