Hotel is located in a good location staff very attentive and very helpful to our needs. The breakfast had plenty of variety to accommodate to all taste including western food. Would recommend this hotel for a short stay as it requires a bit of updating. View from our room

Don't expect 4 star level of amenities. I would rate it max 3.5 star.

We conduct a family get together at golkonda hotel at Mayfair hall all the arrangements are very nice special thanks to Mr. Raju manager and Devraj ganesh gave good service the ambiance was good presentation was excellent we will recommend our family members and friends

Everything is fine.. but need to have few discount to regular customer. As I am a regular customer yearly twice I will visit. From last 4 year's i am visiting hotel. Expecting some offers or discount. Check in time too need to be bit flexible. Thanks

I stayed in premium room with twin bed.Not a big fan of spring beds. I couldn't sleep well for 5 days. Food is not that great. The mains course is served in huge quantity but the platters/starters/soup are very less in quantity for the premium cost . The water was not hot for a day as overall climate was too chill . My office is by 9 and I had to use the chill showers . 18 percentage tax on food ... Lol . Morning buffet was okayish. I felt like it's not a 4 star hotel . It's somewhere between 2 and 3 stars. Maybe other rooms were better.

The hotel may have an older charm, but it is exceptionally well-maintained and conveniently located in the heart of the city. One standout feature is the restaurant, 'Jewels of Nizam,' which offers an exquisite selection of authentic Mughlai cuisine. The rooms are of a decent size, but what truly sets this hotel apart is its outstanding staff, who are attentive and ensure a pleasant stay for all guests.

Excellent variety, taste and service Chef Venkata yadav was also very friendly taking us around and explaining each dish. I needed to know which ones were very hot which he was happy to go into detail regarding the nuances of the various dishes

Food was good and room dining executive (Sushma , Vishal and Rahul) recommendation was excellent. Recommend to try the thali as choice of food is tasty and have variety too. Enjoyed the same and look forward to have in next meal too. Once again appreciate

The service was wonderful. House keeping was excellent. The restaurant staff is very courteous and considerate. Ashish was specially very caring and provided positive service. Food was also quite good. The fridge and kettle were not working, but the kettle was replaced immediately..

Food was amazing, our server Hariprasad was prompt and the service was as amazing as the food. The egg curry and both chicken and mutton biryani were very juicy and full of flavours. It's a must to have biryani with amazing service at Golkonda

Very central and comfortable hotel. Personal are very friendly and helpful specially Ms. Shinani. She helped us a lot solving a few issues. Always with a friendly smile. The breakfast is good and has a wide variety. The dinner has also a large and tasty variety. The cook, Mr. Sheikh Babu, is nice and friendly as well as almost all the restaurant staff. The Biryani is the best we have had. Congrats to the Chef, Mr. Venkat! The beds are very comfortable. Yet the carpets in the hallways are in bad shape and the doors of the showers don’t close properly, After taking a shower the bathroom floor is all wet.

Food was good, the restaurant staff was very kind. Ashish, from Restaurant staff, made sure that he helps the guests with there request and make them feel comfortable. Room was also good, however due to old infrastructure, the latch, shower was not working properly.
