The hotel is located conveniently at the intersection of major streets. It's near the metro station and pretty easy to find. Prices are a bit expensive, but I guess that's generally everywhere. Staff is very nice and friendly.

My two friends stayed here when they visited me in Shanghai, they loved it! Check in was easy, room was clean and tidy and across the street from the metro station!

Hotel room was very clean and front desk personnel were helpful. Was upgraded, so got a larger room, which was a bonus. A Starbucks is conveniently located in the lobby of the hotel. Easy access to shops outside. Was a bit far from where I needed to be but that was not the fault of the hotel.

i booked 2 nights. but i have changed 1 night. because, at first i paid city view standard room, but room number 1818 was unable to see around, just blocked wall. secondary, i came back to hotel at 1 am, smelled smoke inside my room, called reception, lady came to my room and replied to me" nothing smells". even, 6 am in the morning, smoke smell spread in room again. thereby, i decided to leave the hotel.
