Clean, with a good restaurant that with less trouble to find things to eat, but WiFi didn’t fully covered the hotel which caused some trouble if you need to work from room.

The restaurant is good for breakfast or dinner. Clean hotel rooms and bathrooms are clean and modern. Employees are very kind. I didn’t walk around so I can’t say anything about the neighborhood. All around seems to be calm.

Lovely place, clean and friendly. Good quality evening meal witg a good choice of dishes for a average price. Very nice breakfast with a large choice of cold and warm dises. The staff has been efficient and friendly. Room clean and welcoming.

Very good bedding. Excellent breakfast. Nice staff. Large parking lot. Next to cinema and Darcis. Quiet rooms despite the proximity of the city center. Confortable covered terraces and the bar is cosy.

Hotelroom was nice and modern, however we had no hot water from the shower and it made a very annoying noise all day and night. We asked the hotel staff for other room options, but received none. A hotel manager checked the shower and told us that we would receive a discount on the hotel price. None of that happened. Other than that, Verviers is absolutely horrible and looks like a ghosttown. Unfriendly people, we didn't feel safe when walking outside in the evening and a lot of buidings look like ruins. Sad.

Big rooms in this nice hotel, gorgious restaurant. Very friendly staff. Perfect free parking. Close to shopping area, chocolate museum. Feels like in 5star hotel. Swimming pool may be indoor or covered. And charging cable for rent would be appreciated- I forgot mine and big Tesla charging station did not work with my car.

Dirty very small rooms. Overly hot with no working air con. Overly priced drinks and food that were tasteless and stale. Awful views of motorway underpass and deserted building. Lying two faced receptionists. Unsafe area full of ************ and discarded needles.
