So I suggest not going to Càsàmòre, given the proven complete lack of education, an answer should be given to anyone who raises a question, and also the complete lack of availability, given that in the cancellation request I had clearly described how the reservation had been made by mistake, but evidently it is more important to receive 132 euros without having to do anything, knowing that I would never have been able to go there on September 19 rather than having the kindness to meet the request of a now ex-customer.
