Great bar in the beautiful scenery of Vernazza. Normal prices, very friendly, helpful and attentive staff. Absolutely worth a visit.

We spent a romantic weekend at Pensione Sorriso and it was an amazing experience! The room was welcoming, the view spectacular and the staff always smiling and helpful. The meals in the restaurant were delicious and the room service was impeccable. The ideal location allowed us to explore the surroundings, making our stay even more special. We highly recommend Pensione Sorriso for an unforgettable stay. Thank you for making our weekend so romantic and memorable!

It's a pension with small rooms but very well appointed, it's very clean. Location just a few meters from the train station and shopping streets. Great breakfast with fresh products. Perfect welcome. Very good value for money.

The room is spotless. The location for visiting Vernazza, but all the 5 lands by train is perfect. The landlady is very kind and very welcoming. I also recommend it for the value for money of the place. We had a large and very bright room. The train didn't bother us in any way. Advised.

Rated 10 for the location because it is 1 minute from the station Very kind and helpful staff. Clean, cute and comfortable place. It's not true that you can't sleep at night due to the noise of the trains, one because there aren't any at night, two with the windows closed the noise is minimal. To visit the 5 lands Vernazza is the perfect destination, so I recommend staying here and I recommend the smile pension 100% ☺️

The location of the pension is perfect with a very nice wine bar right next door. For one night the rooms (with a terrace for one of them) were as expected. Fortunately there were fans (a little noisy) in the ceiling.

I went to this small guesthouse during my short stay in Vernazza. I stayed there for two nights and I must say that luckily I hadn't booked any more... I was welcomed upon my arrival by a very kind and nice boy who, however, unfortunately I never saw again and for the rest of the stay I was always and only had to deal with a not very nice old lady. This is the least of it though, because the sore notes definitely come from the rooms: mine was very small and I had really serious movement problems. Bed not very comfortable, but I'm certainly not complaining about this, given that the problems were very different: absurd that in 2022 a structure that boasts of having two stars does not have a television and that above all the bathroom was in terrible conditions, with a very small shower from which everything got wet when you washed, to an even smaller sink which made any kind of washing impossible; furthermore the toilet didn't flush too well and you had to repeat the action several times...Breakfast was not included and cost a good ten euros in addition, I don't dare know for what, since at this point I always preferred to have it outside . The only positive note that allows me not to give the worst score is the location, given that at least the structure was very central and a few steps from the parking lot with the shuttles. For the rest, however, I certainly don't recommend it...

We wake up after the first night and go to reception to collect the documents left the night before. The old lady doesn't even greet us but immediately asks us who was the man who came out of our room early this morning. Insinuating that we had hosted someone. We are two friends and we have not hosted anyone. When we say that he hadn't left our room and we point out that the hall is always open and anyone can enter, the old lady tells us that since we had asked for two keys she thought it was us and again reminds us that these things are not done because guests all register. He goes on to say that the other guests are couples etc.. etc.. I consider these allegations truly unacceptable, regardless of the fact that in our case they are not true, if the lady has these doubts she would put a camera or a night reception instead of accusing random guests. But why do these people do this job? Kindness should come first if you want to make a living from tourism.
