I WOULD TAKE AWAY 3 STARS, IT LOOKS LIKE A BOARDING HOUSE, NOT EVEN DOG FOOD, DISGUSTING DISH CLEANING, YOU HAVE TO LOOK AT YOUR PLATES AND GLASSES BECAUSE THEY ARE DIRTY, ON TOP OF THAT THE RESTAURANT CATERING DOES NOT BELONG TO THE HOTEL, THE MANAGER OF THE CUTRADA IS IN A WAY, I SUGGEST THAT YOU COME WITH YOUR FAMILY AND COUSINS FOR LUNCH AND DINNER. MAYBE HE LIKES IT, BECAUSE IF THIS IS WHAT YOU ARE OFFERING FOR THE AMOUNTS YOU ARE ASKING FOR, APART FROM BEING A TRICKSTER, YOU ARE A CHEAP GUY. YOU COULD RENOVATE THE APARTMENTS AS THEY ARE FROM THE 19TH CENTURY. THE ONLY THING I ASK YOU IS THAT YOU DON’T GAMBLE, I WILL NEVER COME BACK. IT’S PITY THAT YOU PUT ALL THE ENTIRE YEAR INTO YOUR JOB WHILE WORKING AND YOU GO ON VACATION AND HAVE THIS... TO THE HOTEL MANAGER. P.S. GO DO SOMETHING ELSE, BECAUSE IF THIS IS HOW YOU RUN THIS,... Apparently the hotel was very good, but the big surprise was when we arrived. The first thing is that they wanted to charge us for leaving the car on the street to unload the suitcases, which I didn't understand and of course I didn't pay. When we went inside the girls at the reception were quite stupid, they treated us as if we had never been to a hotel and told us that we had breakfast included, which we thought was great but they said it was a courtesy and in reality they had charged us for it. . Next, we got to the room and we had asked for it with a double bed and they put 2 beds together, but they charged us for a double bed, more expensive of course. The sheets were dirty but we didn't realize it and therefore we didn't say it, the next day we went down to the restaurant for breakfast and the cutlery was dirty, there was almost no breakfast and we talked to the man who was at the door and he told us That was what there was, that they couldn't do anything else and of course, industrial dishwashers had that, that they left the dishes dirty. Of the 3 days we were there, we only had breakfast that day, the rest of us went outside. When we returned to the room they had already made our bed and my surprise was that the sheets were still dirty and the towels that we had put out to wash were hung up again. I went down to reception to tell it and they said it was a mistake by the cleaning staff. But the surprise was the last day, when I wanted to talk to the person in charge of the hotel and they told me that he was not there and that I couldn't talk to anyone. I told the receptionists that I wanted a complaint form and I wanted to speak with the manager who was at the hotel at that time or the person in charge and in a very bad manner he told me that if I was a conflictive person I didn't have to be there. in that hotel and if I didn't know how to leave my house, I should stay there. The reception was full of people and she told me yelling and people turned and stared. I was calling for approximately 3 months and they always picked up my phone number but no one ever called me, until I told them that I was going to send them a work inspection for having food in bad condition, for not having cleanliness in the kitchen and for having the Dirty rooms, coincidence that they immediately transferred me to the person in charge and the only solution he gave me was to write my experience here. I didn't want a financial refund at all. I just wanted to apologize for the way they treated us. Therefore my experience there was disastrous, I will never return and much less recommend it to anyone, in fact the times I have returned I have stayed in other cheaper hotels and much better than this one.

Horrible y vergonzoso!! Hemos estado alojados del 19 al 21 de junio con pensión completa y ha sido un verdadero desastre u un engaño,comidas y cenas incomibles y con poca o ninguna variedad,dos variedades de carne o pescado se podían elegir a cuál de estas opciones peor y ya ni contar la comida o cena q se pueda hacer a la plancha…0 variedad y el domingo si o si solo se podía un pescado a la plancha,ni opción de carne te daban…q desastre. Ni que decir q íbamos con dos nenas y las pobres no han pegado bocado,ni unos tristes espaguetis blancos a los que se les pudiera echar un poco de tomate,ni unas simples pechugas q se pudieran hacer a la plancha,hemos pagado por ella un bufet del q ni si quiera han pegado bocado. Podría seguir escribiendo reseñas negativas sobre la comida pero es q ya me da hasta pereza escribir de todo lo malo y NEGATIVO. Es verdad que el personal de restaurante y cocina han hecho todo lo posible para que estuviésemos “agusto” ya que ellos no tienen culpa si no les dan una buena materia prima para poder hacer las comidas o cenas Ni que decir de las habitaciones…viejas y sucias y con una cortina en el baño q ..: No volveremos nunca más,ha sido decepcionante en todos los sentidos. HORRIBLE!!

Hotel penoso,,el buffet no reunía ningún requisito,comida en mal estado,poca y mala ...un desastre, tuvimos poner una reclamación

El servicio de comedor LAMENTABLE. No cojáis nada que tenga que ver con la cocina. No era capaz ni de cortar la carne de lo dura que estaba. Recalientan la comida de un día para otro o de dos días..... Gelatinas con moho..... No comáis allí
