For the first time staying at this hotel, the facilities are relatively simple, but the environment, service and hygiene are very good. Especially when I left the Apple X mobile phone at the hotel when I left the store, I remembered asking my daughter to contact the hotel before I boarded the plane. When I was transferring, the hotel told the mobile phone to find it. The key is that the photos I take on the trip are all on my phone, otherwise it will be a pity. There is a water bus stop at the entrance of the hotel, as well as a water taxi stop, which is very convenient to go to any island in Venice. Breakfast is average, but it is delicious. The hotel takes a water taxi to Venice Marco Polo Airport for 120 Euros.

We stayed here for 3 nights prior to cruise. Desk and concierge service were excellent. The room was beautiful, spacious and well maintained. Location is perfect, just 1-2 blocks from St Mark’s Square yet in a quiet canal side location. Daily breakfast buffet was very good.

The location is very convenient. St. Mark's Square and the water bus stop are very close. The style is quaint, some old, and all the so-called sense of history. Ordinary rooms are small, especially the ones that take the elevator downstairs. Because the itinerary changed, I stayed one day in advance and only booked the general room at this location. Feeling bad, dark and narrow. In particular, the next-door tenant still carries a dog, and does not understand that pets are allowed. The dog was calling all night and called the front desk to solve it. The back trip changed to the third floor suite and it felt good. Relatively quiet, there is a motor sound from the ships on the river.

Hotel Dona Palace is a great place to stay. It is located very close to Piazza San Marco and connects well to the Giardini della Biennale and Rialto areas. It has its own jetty if arriving or leaving by water taxi and is not too far to walk and wheel luggage from the Vaporetto stops. The room was very comfortable with a 'real' double bed, decent bathroom with good water pressure, air conditioning and a small bar fridge. There was also a table and chair where I could work. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

The location is very close to Piazza San Marco and the directions given by the hotel are very clear, so the hotel was quickly found. Check-in went smoothly, there was an elevator, and I lived on the second floor, which is the third floor in China. The balcony of the corridor can illuminate the Bridge of Sighs. The room was spacious and was a pleasant surprise. Who said that the overseas accommodation room is very narrow? Anyway, this room is quite large, with sofa, small dining table, typical European decoration, beautiful! The room was clean and well equipped. It is very comfortable to stay and is close to all parts of the main island. It's also near the pier. Nice stay experience! & # 128077;

The hotel is very confortable with air conditioning and Room No 24 was very large and had a great bathroom with shutters onto a course yard. I could have done with a long mirror in the bedroom and a few more shelves or places to put our toiletries in the bathroom. The beds were comfortable and their was a fridge with complementary water. I would recommend you take your own hairdryer, the one provided over heated and had a little power. The shower was good and they do provide shampoo and conditioner. The only problem with this room, I found although quiet through the night, the staff cupboard is right next door to it and the staff use the hallway to prepare breakfast and sort laundry so they are up and about early and wake you up. This hotel is very old and has a lot of stairs so not for the mobility challenged. Great location though and their is a good cafe round the corner for breakfast although they do offer breakfast in the hotel for 10 euro's.

Arrived in Venice but found out that the hotel I booked is closed. Luckily Hotel Bridge has an available room and the staff had been very helpful while I process the problem I encountered. So yes, I am giving them 5-stars because of this. The hotel is very accessible to St Mark’s Square, other tourist attractions, and restaurants. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. No breakfast is offered but lots of shops nearby are already open early morning. The room was fine, internet was fast. The bathroom can be improved though as the shower area is very small. Don’t forget to leave your key at the reception when you go out or else your room will not be cleaned.

We booked four nights and had a lovely large room, room only, overlooking canal. Large airy pleasant room. Comfortable bed. Clean good linen. Great bathroom. Hot water . All very clean and in good condition We had tea and coffee and biscuits and complimentary toiletries. All replenished. Room cleaned daily. There was a kitchen with fridge and toaster and hob etc which I assume was for general use. The arrangement is you call staff to check in if you are outside their regular slots. You need to call a mobile. Don't think front door bell was working. It's an odd arrangement trying to get hold of staff by phone especially if you don't speak Italian. But they are very helpful and obliging indeed when you manage to communicate. Would definitely recommend this as a good option for all reasons above plus its central location, and it's near San Marco. We managed to get very lost every day and Google maps don't seem to give answers so do orientate yourself

Liked · The hotel is located in the centre of Venice. it is very close to the things you want to see. The staff were all friendly and jolly. Disliked · You expect to pay over the odds for hotels in Venice with this location, but for the price it was a bit ridiculous. The hotel is tired and old(but not in a good way). The room was tiny. The mattress was 30% bigger than the bed base, which is great fun with a crawling baby! Keep the baby in the centre and avoid the danger zones. We had to ask for access to Aircon. The mini bar had a can of coke in it and a beer. It looked like a student's fridge. We were charged £20 a night to put a cot in the room. Of the three hotels we used during our stay, they were the only one that charged us for a cot. It was also the worst cot of the three. It was old and looked unclean. You couldn't sell it for £20.
