Don't expect the room to be big in an old and narrow place like Venice. It's 800 per room. There is no big window. There is only a very small window facing a dark small patio. It's better than nothing. There is no front desk and no elevator. It's completely self-check-in. You need to ring the doorbell, walk upstairs, and then find the envelope with your name on the desk at the front desk. There is a room key. The biggest problem with this hotel is that it is hard to find. Google Maps doesn't work in Venice. We searched for half an hour before we found the door of the hotel. In fact, there is a street-facing restaurant there. It has a very small door. Everything else is good.

Very good, but the place is a bit hard to find and the front desk service time is too short

All correct, we spent little time in the hotel but the little we were there was fine. Comfortable bed, good cleaning and an unbeatable location.

Hotel was for the most part clean and in a good location, if you want to be close to St. Marks’s Square. There website information is somewhere between misleading and blatant false advertising. 1. The breakfast that is i”ncluded” is day old coffee and biscotti biscuits. When I asked about where breakfast was located, our otherwise English speaking front desk guy, transformed into zero English…and just didn’t understand us. Really lame! 2. 24 hour front desk …not so much. 10AM-5PM. 3. Free guided tour of glass factory in Murano - transformed into Italian only…couldn’t understand us. I would not book this hotel again!

I recently returned from a trip touring several cities in Italy. In Venice we booked a room at the Ca' del Nobile hotel basically based on photos and price listed online. We wanted a place which was in the San Marco area so that we were close to Piazza San Marco. The hotel was only about a 5 minute walk to this location once we knew our way around. The streets and alleys in Venice are like negotiating a maze but there are hidden treasures behind every turn. The hotel is on a quiet street with a cafe right next door. You enter on the ground floor through a small hall with stairs to the 1st first floor, no elevator. This is a small, quiet boutique hotel, There is a desk at the top of the stairs and small lobby where the host sat and welcomed us. The staff was very polite and pleasant and check-in was quick. Our room was just to the right of the desk. We had a double bed and plenty of room compared to other smaller hotels I have stayed at in Italy. The decor was very pretty and the room and bed were very comfortable and clean. The bathroom was very pretty with a Venetian style as well and although small compared to US standards it was large enough for us and larger than other hotels I was at in Italy. The host made sure to point out that we had a mini bar in the room and that it was complimentary. This was unexpected and very appreciated so we took full advantage and it was restocked every day. I felt this hotel really wanted their guests to have the best experience possible. I looked but wasn't able to find any English channels on the tv but they have several Italian channels. Check- out was 11am, however we had a nighttime train to Vienna. The attendant at the hotel let us leave our bags in the lobby by the desk and gave us the code to get back in after hours to retrieve them which was a big help to us. I feel this property was worth the price and was very comfortable for us.

We stayed in Venice for 5 nights and everything was amazing. Hotel check in was easy (we were checked in earlier as we arrived earlier ). Room was clean and aesthetically pleasing. Hotel staff were wonderful and were at hand to answer any queries. Tea and coffee facilities are available in the foyer area which is accessible for everyone to use at any point. If I was to come back to Venice I would stay here again!
