Very good location of the hotel. Very professional hotel staff who always look after the well-being of their guests.

Some staff are very friendly and polite. Part of his face was expressionless, and he didn't respond to greetings. The layout of the 32-square-meter room is extremely unreasonable. I have never encountered such a small toilet! ! ! The toilet in my 15-square-meter room in Paris is bigger than this! ! ! Wash your hands and your calves hit the toilet countless times! ! It was difficult to turn around in the shower! I am a skinny girl, so how can taller people wash it? ? ? Who would have thought of such a huge and small toilet? Specially choose a large room! And there are no sockets near the bedside. You can't charge and play with your phone at the same time. All sockets in the entire room are close to the ground and very low, which is very inconvenient! ! !

The hotel is a wonderfully restored palazzo in which modern technical amenities are integrated in such a way that they do not spoil the overall picture. It really couldn't be done better. The service is also first class with friendly and courteous, multilingual staff. The breakfast was the best we have ever had in a hotel. Highly recommended!

The hotel is very convenient to walk to the station, within 10 minutes. The hotel staff is rather indifferent, and even unwilling to help with luggage. The hotel's interior is decorated in a palace style. Venice is full of old buildings, but the hotel's interior is newly decorated. Overall, it's OK.

The room was huge and gorgeous. Staff was very helpful and the bathroom had two basins and an overhead shower. It was quite elegant.

Exceptional, have been to Venice several times this will always be home in beautiful Venice. Loved it, arrived on train from Florence and a short walk to hotel. Breakfast a la carte was awesome and fits the romantic charm.

My favorite hotel I’ve ever stayed in! Pictures don’t do this property justice, it’s so much more beautiful in person. The room was huge with super high ceilings and just loved everything about staying in this huge palace. Only place I’d stay in Venice!

This property was breathtaking and the staff was exceptional . The only disappointment was the secret garden closing earlier than I was told and my arrangement for transport from the airport was very late but overall an exceptional stay

We loved our stay at this hotel. It was very clean and the staff were very nice and professional. Upon our arrival we were greeted by Stephanie who was very nice She showed us our room and welcomed us with a bottle of cold champagne that was very sweet. The hotel is walking distance to a lot of restaurants. The hotel restaurant was not available during stay but the restaurants around the hotel were good and right next to the water. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who would like to stay in Venice!
