A good b&b , good location. Fabio is amazing, he is friendly and the breakfast is very good, good service from Fabio! The room was very clean and a nice view on the canal. We had the "canal room." Thank you for eveything

My stay at this bed & breakfast was truly unforgettable. The room was beautiful, unique, and full of character. I was lucky to have a balcony overlooking the canal, and the view made every morning and evening feel magical. The accommodation itself was excellent, but what really made this place special was the host, Fabio. Without him, it would have been just another Venice hotel. Fabio is an exceptional host: charming, funny, respectful, and genuinely kind. He has a wonderful sense of humor and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Most importantly, Fabio represents the very best of Italian hospitality. His warmth, personality, and attention to guests turned a great stay into an amazing experience.

The staff was amazing and was able to provide a small refrigerator for us without additional charge. The rooms and shower were very small. Water pressure was on a weak side. Location of the place was very convenient. It was very secure with multiple gates and strong doors. I was expecting something more for around $450 per night but at the end of the day we just used it to sleep.

We reached Venice around 11 pm and had great difficulty finding the hotel. Fortunately some local teenagers helped us out after a while. We had booked a double room with private bathroom which turned out to be on the top floor. We had to carry our luggage up the narrow staircase (48 steps!) as there was no elevator. The room was small and very ordinary (but the bathroom was nice). So we were off to a rocky and disappointing start. The next morning when we came down and got our bearings, we realized the location was excellent! The boat bus was a couple of minutes' away on one side and there was a vibrant, bustling main street on the other side with shops and restaurants. The train station was a 15 minute walk down this street with two easy bridges to cross on the way. Pros for this property: 1. Location 2. Comfortable bed 3. Clean bathroom, towels, bed linen. Cons: 1. Steep stairs, which are not suitable for those with any kind of mobility issues. 2. The host is not fluent in English so communication can be challenging. 3. There are no amenities provided in the room.

The location is good, the rooms are clean, the responsive hosts. What was disappointing is shared bathroom which was misleading from the booking experience making me believe that it was part of the room. The room was actually one of the rooms in a flat sharing the bathroom with 6+ guests… the isolation was not great, we could literally hear people speak in the next room. And the pictures on the ******* website are not all about the property, so misleading as well.

Nice little bed and breakfast very close to Casinò and the station of boat line 1 Saint Marcuola Casinò. Bathroom and BedRoom little but very clean. The breakfast is served on the terrace , in november was a little cold

We booked a room with a private bathroom, but before our arrival, we were told we’d have to share a bathroom unless we paid an extra $80 cash to upgrade. They tried to blame it on *******, but after reading other reviews, it’s clear they’ve done this to many guests. When we arrived, we waited 15 minutes outside for the host, who barely spoke English and was difficult to communicate with. Once he finally let us in, he charged us $105 cash for “taxes.” We were promised a balcony with a canal view — but the room had no view at all. The room itself was tiny, the bed squeaky and uncomfortable, and the pillows and blankets were terrible. To make things worse, there was a fire alarm chirping every 30 seconds due to a dead battery right outside our door. Both mornings we woke up with bug bites, and when we arrived, the AC was turned off, making the room extremely hot. It took all day to cool down since it was on the third floor. Overall, this was one of the worst stays we’ve ever had. Would not recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay, we had a wonderful time. The location is ideal. Everything was well organized. The room was clean, and I felt very comfortable. Our room had a lovely view of the courtyard, which was very idyllic. I would definitely choose this hotel again and recommend it.
