Overall a great stay for me and my family! Great check in process! It was smooth and fast! We got a Family Room and it is furnished exactly as shown in the photos. The food was decent. The location is absolutely fantastic. It is only a 1 min walk to Mestre Station where you can board the train into Venice Island. The few minor issues we had were the lack of toothbrush and toothpaste when we first check in, turns out we have to ask for them as they're not given immediately. And also there were no kettle to boil water to make coffee or tea, which is a surprising given that this is a 4-star hotel, however, it is not a major problem for us and it is still a 10/10 recommendation to stay at this hotel.

The location of the Hotel is a plus, because it is near bus stops and a few minutes walk from the train station going to Venice proper. The breakfast buffet was okay, could add more choices but nonetheless we enjoyed our stay. Kudos to the night shift receptionist (forgot his name) who was very helpful and was able to book us a taxi for our early morning flight. Would definitely recommend 👍

The location of this hotel is particularly good, right next to the railway station.It's only a 20-minute bus ride from the main island to the mainland. And you can choose breakfast every morning. Even better, some concerts and parties are often held in the evening. I see they are trying best to create a better and comfortable accommodation environment here.

I used to pass by it every day when I was working in M****ille. It's really a great hotel. The service in Taiwan is very good. I was allowed to check in early at 10 o'clock. The room has a strong Mediterranean style and a small kitchen. The view from the 8th floor is also very good, a very satisfying housing experience!

This hotel could easily get five stars from us. Good location. There is a bus line, line 6, which is located close to the hotel and which runs every 20 minutes,which takes you from the hotel and brings you back for 20min. The price of the stay is significantly lower from the hotel prices in Venice. The hotel is also designed in a modern design and is new - as opposed to the Venetian style,for those of you that it matters. The rooms are spacious and pleasant overall, the soundproofing is excellent. The hotel is quiet. The breakfast is good and the breakfast staff provide excellent service, truly exceptional service. Especially Nicoletta, a constant smile, service given with joy, out of care - Nicoletta gets six stars. The service of the reception staff is also excellent, and in general the service of the staff is good. The cleanliness is good. Overall a good hotel. But what? If you need an extra pillow or blanket - none available. The children were given a double blanket and when we asked for another blanket they said it was not possible because there are currently no maids (we arrived around 10pm). The same goes for additional pillows that we asked for and did not receive throughout our stay (4 nights). The hotel has rooms that are connected by a door - so it is very suitable and convenient for families. We asked for one room with a double bed and one room with separate beds, when we arrived at night, we got two rooms with a double bed arrangement. There are no double beds in the hotel (at least we didn't get one) single beds are connected with a sheet, who cares. Likewise, the doors of the connected rooms - not only could they not be locked to allow parents privacy, they also could not be closed. They left them for us with the closing tab open - so it was impossible to close the doors. In addition, the bathroom in the master bedroom is really dangerous, there is no support for getting out of it - and getting out of it is challenging. Specifically in this bathroom - the emergency line does not work... if you have difficulty walking and moving - ask for a room with a shower, not a bathtub. I think a hotel needs very little effort - to become an excellent hotel. Greater attention to detail and a greater supply of blankets and pillows.

an excellent hotel with excellent service. We had 5 rooms reserved at the hotel. We left the hotel to go to Ravenna via the trains. We left our Apple air pods in of one the rooms. The gentleman from the front desk (morning shift - sorry I don’t remember his name) on his own walked over the train station, tracked us down and surprised us to give us the air pods. I travel a lot and have never seen such exceptional service. Literally, because of his level of exceptional service from when we checked in to now, we decided to change our hotels (when we return from the cruise) to stay again at The Carlton because of his above and beyond attitude. Thank you for your hospitality and outstanding experience from the point of when we first checked in.

I have just returned home from my holiday in Italy. This hotel was was one of my stops and I like to share my experience. All of the staff at this Crowne Plaza were incredible and helpful. Without doubt one of friendliest staff! Upon arrival a female receptionist welcomed us friendly in good understandable englisch: She answered our questions, gives us a city map and explained us the facilities. The Restaurant manager and his team were extremely friendly and very flexible (appreciated this!). The waiters were so kind and were fulfilling all extra requests. At the end, and upon Checkout, I was pleased to meet the General Manager. I appreciated her way to provide a good leadership and how is she supporting the guest service department. Note, this is not a 4 stars hotel. I would like to add the 5th star because of the good staff. The atmosphere is so special that it really felt like home to us. All respect for you because you did a great job here; a true sample of excellent hospitality! Already planning my next visit to the hotel! In Love!

We really enjoyed our stay at NH Collection Murano Villa. The hotel is very stylish and has nice interiors. Our room was very small, but it was not an issue for us as we were staying only for 3 nights but the bathroom was very spacious. Francesca at reception was very friendly and was happy to give us information regarding public transport around Venice. We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel, but we tried the food at the restaurant for dinner and it was delicious. However, the portions were rather small and overall it was quite expensive, but it was the tastiest food we had during our stay in Venice. We chose to stay in Murano, as we could get a better place than in Venice and we used the water bus to commute. There is a water bus stop 2 minutes from the hotel which is great for going to F.te Nove in Venice (then it is another 15 minutes’ walk to St. Mark’s Square). The water bus stops to Murano, the train station and the airport were a 5–10-minute walk away.
